    Why should we choose you over other applicants? I have devoted much time and care into the server, any chance I get, I play. I have also tried to follow most if not all rules with at most 1 warn a month. I do my best to balance home and gaming life with great success, and may be able to devote even more time due the current events now and later. I have made great friends and acquaintances through out my time on the server. I have met and spoke with many staff on the server, although they might not remember me out of all of the people on the server, we all grow closer day by day.

I do not give up on many things and usually surpass others with my strong sense to keep going, but I do stop at any chance i get to help anyone, including new players and old. I also have the support of my mother and brother to do this as a side kind of thing, I do understand that as staff, you do not get paid, the experience of leadership and social interactions is strong greater the monetary gain. I have leadership experience from many endeavors like being an ASPL (Assisstant Senior Patrol Leader), Patrol Leader, and a children ministries helper at church. (im christian btw)

   Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: Only on my friend minecraft server, we got in a fight that is now resolved and we are now very good friends.
    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I made the foolish decision to apply when i first joined the server, and as a result got declined. I had no recomendations and my format was wrong, but im back to try it the right way.
    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: About 1-3 hours a day depending on which day of the week and how personal life is, but overall it would most likely be about 2 hours a day averagely.
    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I like to build things and design objects for my 3d printer. I also am involved with my church and Boy Scouts. I also do wood working and melting metals into ingots with my foundry, im an all around worker.

I have seen the way you act in game and I can't say I approve. You act very inappropriately. There has been plenty of times I almost warned you for diss in sit and if you cant handle yourself in a sit you make or you get reported in then I don't think you can handle leading a sit. -1

reply to TOXINS: I am confused in what you mean by this, I will admit that some of my previous actions were wrong, but those decisions were a while ago. i repect you decision but i would like to ask you to give an example of this, and maybe even a possible date or some kind of reference of when this/these instances happened. Love Pastor.

@PastorGoodBoyTan No staff keep record on when they ALMOST warn someone for diss in sit or shooting someone on the street and running off and all of the warns you have received for those are cleared already. Your actions showed me what kind of person you are and it's up to each person in the community to decide if they think you should be staff. If they have other opinions on you then they can feel free to +1 you.

If this was a post to convince other staff then I would be happy to go though almost 100 hours of recording to find ever time I have seen you break the rules, cut them down and make a montage, but that not my intent for this post.

I understand, i will try applying again down the road. With this time i will better myself. My intent was no to outsmart you or convince you or others. I am only trying to see what the problems are and fix them. I also am wondering, were you the one that banned me that one time for killing one person and leaving, because if so then it was only ltap and rdm. Overall i respect you decision and will stop asking you about anything to do with my application. I do hope we can remain acquaintances if not friends. From Tanner (aka Pastor).

-1 Everytime we bring you into a server event you always do something to disrupt it such as spawn in props and rape someone when we are trying to get everything settled.

-1 I have to say I like the hours you put in the server but I don’t think you are mature enough to hold the position of a staff member. I sincerely hope you try to be more responsible down the road though.

-1, I trust Toxins first off, and for another thing, I think you need to show maturity a bit. I've seen the way you act in events too, and you need to show more maturity in that department, along with many others.

since my uploading of this, i have lost interest of staff for the time being, thank you for the helpful feedback that will help me in the future. Id like to say that the reson i have lost interest is because of the realization ive made by reading these replys, i am young enough that i have time to be staff and be mature in the future, for the time being i just want to enjoy my time with all the wonderful people and trolls of the server, i will re-apply later down the road but for now imma be immature and a have fun. thanks for all the replys and love, see you in the game.
