How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

There are a lot of things I hope to accomplish while being part of the Staff Team. Some of the times I log onto the server in the morning 7-8 AM (CST), there is no staff on or active. At that time, I notice a lot of mingy behavior and nobody to solve it. Sometimes, the server needs someone to help at earlier hours, and that could be me.  I plan on helping out in trying to make this the best Military RP server there is on GMOD. Just from playing on it, I have made so many new friends and just met some amazing people. I want others to feel the same way I do when I log on with one of my new friends. I want to make sure this is a happy, and safe place for everybody to have fun. I want to try and make this server an enjoyable experience--no matter what age. I will be active for a lot of the day, and rarely be found(If ever) AFK. 

There are also things I want to go over about being on the staff team and how I would help out. I feel like I would be a good fit for the staff team because of my determination, hard-working, and loyalty. These are basic traits that anyone should have on a staff team--and you're right. So, what makes it special about me? To start out, whenever something gets thrown out at me, I'm always willing to go out of my way to accomplish the task. This will relate a lot with things like sits when people get reported. I will never favor one side of their story, whether I know the person or not. I will try my hardest to be the first person to respond for everything that comes up to make sure everybody has a good experience on the server. Next, I work very hard and don't give up at the task-at-hand. With some people, they might not find the answer they are looking for right away and give up. Not with me. I will keep working on a certain solution until the problem is solved. Also, I am very honest with everyone. Nobody would want a staff member who would lie to another member of the team or to their players. 

There is 1 more thing I would like to add to this section of the application. I am aware that I have a low amount of hours (Close to the bare minimum), however I feel as if I know basic rules and things staff members should know. I have read through the rules on GG's website and have an understanding on what to do. 76 hours is a little over 3 days, and you might think 3 days isn't enough to learn something and become a member to moderate, but I feel otherwise. I feel that 3 days is actually a while to learn basic rules and ways things run. If I still haven't convinced you, imagine it as the beginning of a new school year. There are around 7-8 hours of school a day + an extra 1 or 2 hours of homework. if we take 7 + 1.5 its 8.5. My amount of hours in the game (76) divided by the hours of (school) is about 8.9, but we can round that up to 9. So, 9 days of school + homework is equal to about 76 hours. By the 9th day of school, you know the basic rules, how to locate your classes, get work on time, etc. In that case, I feel like I understand the responsibilities and rules of being on the staff team. You seem like a nice guy that genuinely cares about the server and could do a good job. I have heard from Naas that you are respectful and friendly. But given that you only have 76 hours, you are barely making it past the requirement. Before you become staff I would like to see you interact with  the community more and get to know more people. As long as you keep up the good work and play for a bit more, I believe you could be a good fit for the staff team.

Don't get me wrong I think you would be great, but what huskaii said about you barely making the minimum requirements kinda sticks out to me. Another reason is I dont actually know who you are and I can't give a +1 to somebody who I've never talked to.

I know your in the same faction as me. But dude, your doing amazing job with GRU and 2GA. If you do get accepted I cant wait to see what you could as staff. But like what Tuna and Huskaii said. You have little hours and aren't necessarily well known around the MRP community. But Keep up the good work!

Right pal, I think you are a good guy. Good enlisted in GRU. A helpful guy on RU. However you just got over the required hours. I would suggest getting your hours up alittle further keep on doing what u have been doing and reapply in a month or so.

I was going to give this a -1 because like @Tuna and @huskaii said you barely make it over the playtime requirement in order to even apply for staff but I am going to change my answer for the following reasons:

-You have a well written application.

-I have never had any issues with you in game.

-From what I have heard you have been respectful and kind in GRU and 2GA.

-You seem like you have genuine care and interest in the server.

-A good amount of Activity.

-Finally this is similar to what @Kendal said on another Staff Application, I feel like having new faces on the Staff Team would be very beneficial to the Staff Team instead of just recycling older players that come back.

If you get accepted then you will be a Trial Moderator anyways so then the community can fully evaluate your capabilities and your ability to be responsible. Keep up what your doing!

I was just over the required hours as well, or what would be considered "low hours" for someone applying for staff back when I did. I was also relatively unknown with the community. But, Given the chance by Gildarts and Draggy I went on to become a manager.

From my point of view, the required hours is basically a system that makes sure you've put a little bit of time in so you have some experience with what the community is like. The fact that he's "Just over them" doesn't matter. What is 10 more hours going to do that 76 hours doesn't? In fact, by the time this app gets accepted or denied he could have well over that at around 90-100. 

Why wait a month on someone that you agree is a good guy, good enlisted, and helpful over something as small as "just over the required hours"? Dude seems like he'd be a good fit for staff to me. 

Not only that, but 75 is the required hours. So why when he's over that limit (it doesn't matter by how much) would he need to have more?

+1 from me. Everyone involved in this app (including the -1's) have a consensus that you're a good guy to have around.

When Ozzy accepted Weeb's staff app he said "You're new and may be unknown to some people. I don't, nor will I ever, see that as a reason to deny somebody." 

Once again, if 76 hours (when required playtime is 75) is too low, then maybe the minimum playtime should be raised. However with the responses here, I'm sure even if 300 hours was the required playtime, 301 would still qualify as too low to some :T
