[minimum 2 paragraphs]: I will admit that I have not been a member of this community for very long. That being said, I fell as though I have already developed positive relationships with a great many players. I have fallen in love with this community (figuratively, of course) and have found a sense of belonging among the ranks of players that make this community a great one. I am also usually active very late at night, very early in the morning, or at the beginning of the afternoon, which are three times of the day where the player-base is still active, whereas many of the staff members are not. That being said, I plan on making this great community even greater by bolstering a positive relationship between staff members and players, and resolving disputes and issues between players quickly and efficiently in order for them to get the most out of their time spent on our server (I was an umpire for two years, so I have excellent problem solving and mediating skills). I also have much experience as a staff member of other communities, none of which, I would like to point out, count me among their ranks anymore, either because they have changed so much to the point that they became no longer enjoyable to play on, or for the simple reason that they are no longer active. All in all, I feel as though the reasons stated above would make me a good fit for the staff team of the Garnet Gaming Community. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? Originally I was going to +1 because of you previous moderating experiences. However, there are a few reasons I am changing my answer. I have to agree with Tuna on this one. Since you applied for staff I've never actually seen you online. I haven't seen you active in the TS either. Looking at some of the reviews given by the other staff members, it seems like they haven't really seen you either. As @Dexx said, I don't think you'd be fit right now because of your lack of activity, however when and/or if you become more active, I think you would be a good fit. You have a great application, but I feel you should get known a little more. This can be simple things such as hopping in TS from time to time and just talking to people. I rarely see you on, whether that is due to mis-matching timezones I don't know, make an effort for these next few days. Link to comment

ReyZer 48 Posted January 18, 2021 Share Posted January 18, 2021 (edited) 10 hours ago, BigWiggyHunter said: -1 Not active enough and toxic Before I stopped playing as much as I used to whenever I did play on US Maddox never was toxic to me or anyone I seen him around he was always respectful to his higher-ups and other players and his activity is actually really good from what I have seen because he was always on whenever I was on and I get on late at night sometimes and sometimes really early in the morning. Hell even whenever I was Marshal when I put in 200 hours being Marshal he was on quite a bit whenever I was on and sometimes I would stay on from 7:00 in the morning to 10 at night with like a little breaks here and there.
