 I've put many hours into this server mainly because I enjoy the community that revolves around it and plan to help it grow. I would say I'm very familiar with the rules of the server and how to deal with certain situations. Recently I have seen that the server needs more staff  to make the server more enjoyable during times like this. I would benefit the server by helping with TP's (For Sims, Tryouts etc..) , Respawns And setting Jobs. But mainly to resolve any problems on the server. I plan to make new players experience on the server more enjoyable so they would love to keep on playing on Garnet Gaming. During times like this I've seen tons of people  Minging, Not caring to RP and Also Mass RDMing. When I get into a sit with situations like this I would not be bias at all considering my warns are mainly from Minging awhile ago when i first started to play. I've learned from my mistakes  and I hope others do aswell and I hope I can guide them the right direction. 

Considering the lack of GM's on the server at the moment I could  help with events on the server to make the events come out better and make them more enjoyable for the players that would participate in the events. The events I've seen lately were thought out well but not put out the way they had in mind mainly because they were rushed from the lack of staff helping put out the event. In my eyes events are a very key part to the server mainly because it brings the community together (US l RU). It seems like recently a lot of these events are getting repetitive for example "RU is holding one of the US Commanders Hostage, US go retrieve the hostage and Report back to base with the US Commander not harmed". These events always are RU Sided considering RU is always defending and its very easy for them to defend "One building" which makes this boring and annoying for US. I'm pretty creative so I think I can help either come up with different event idea's or help put the events out better  IF IM NEEDED. 

Recently I've been very active on the server which could benefit the server to have ANOTHER active staff member to help with Sits , Bans , Events etc. Even if I'm needed when I get off I'm willing to hop back on if another staff member needs help or is dealing with a really important situation . I'm usually very friendly to everyone on the server and I don't think to many people have bad things to say about me and if so I can work on what I'm doing wrong/ poorly.

Overall I think I would fit well with the current staff team mainly because I've known pretty much all of the people on the staff team for awhile , so I wouldn't have any problems with anyone on the staff team.

If I get the role I hope to help the server reach its fullest potential.

Man, am I glad that you applied for staff. I was gonna tell u myself sooner or later that u should most definitely apply for staff. Wished you asked for my referral beforehand because I truly think you will be a valuable asset to the staff team. Mature player, lots of experiences on the server and most definitely worthy of a position within the staff team. When I was on the Russian side, I even kind of looked up against you Kermat - and if you have that effect on players that can only be a good thing. Good luck!

From being in Kermat’s faction I can tell that even from an unbiased perspective he has what it takes to be staff. He has the ability to handle all staff duties you could throw at him and he is very mature and active which is good. I can tell he has great ideas for the server and has good intentions so for those reasons I think he would be a good staff member. (Also has a great application)

 Negatives: You're in one of the most influential positions on RU yet have abstained from posting on the discord and forums in general from what I have seen. Talking with you, you have been pretty open about things you feel are wrong, yet have done nothing to contribute to fixing said things. Maybe you being staff would change this but there is already a bunch of things you could have done without the staff title to assist yet you haven't. Not to mention you almost completely abstained from playing when gunplay wasn't to your liking, which is acceptable but you still didn't make any post about it and instead I had to go around to multiple factions and people to cultivate information for a suggestion to bring the people that stopped playing as much back.

Positives: You have been increasingly active and shown positive change. You are mature for your age and have generally progressed past your mingeyness. You have one of the most influential positions on RU and having a staff title would not only help in enforcement but also in bringing problems to light.

Now to me, those positives outweigh the negatives, but I'm still going to leave this as neutral. I do feel you have some improvements to be made with your forum and community contributions. By that, I do not mean commenting on Jackal profile and calling him beautiful, but making suggestions, discussions and commenting on said threads.
