Past experiences as staff: [Optional]  No, however speaking with experienced staff (riprandy) has given me tips on the role as staff.

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] 

      I believe as a moderator it is my job to remain as active as I’ve been on the Gmod server, DC server, and over TS. Communication and cooperation are my two main goals as a staff member. I’m usually up until 6:00 am EST so staff could benefit from this by allowing me to monitor with reduced staff on at the current time or staff that are absent. My primary objective as a staff is to retain order and enjoyment to the highest level possible. I want Garnet’s MRP server to be as enjoyable and RP-like as possible. I aim for newcomers(and hopefully everyone vet or newbie) to feel welcomed and at home at all times, because I’ve noticed an increase in disrespect, RDM, bans, and so on, this overall decreases the enjoyment and organization of the server. 

     There has been an unfortunate increase in toxicity, minging, and MRDMing issues inside both factions, the overall plan as a staff member is to bring that problem to its knees. I find myself too dedicated to my time on this server. It's usually all I do outside of work, to include I only work 5 hours during the following weekdays, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I have a very flexible schedule and I’m always looking forward to helping people. I love and enjoy what I do on the server and the people I’ve made close bonds with, unfortunately if it comes to it, I'm willing to do what must be done.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I’ve been very active lately so I’d say nearly 10-12 hours out of the day. I've previously stated my work schedule, only being 5 hours on 3 weekdays, so being staff would be easy on my time.

+1 you have my vote not only because your quite active on the server spending a lot of free time on here i see you have quite a bit of dedication, ex  : you've worked quite hard getting into soc setting your head on that goal of being a ranger gb etc. you put a lot of effort into helping people and because of that i see you as future staff. good luck buddy

From what I’ve seen you’re quite active on the server. Your paragraphs are excellent in detail, a good amount of hours, and an overall really pleasing application to look at. I’ve heard nothing negative come up about you, and you seem quite involved in the community.
