-1 As they said, the toxicity is there. I feel you should get move involved with the community before being ready for staff. You only have one paragraph, and you're a little lacking in the hours. You could be a good staff member, but you should wait a little while longer.

The account you were borrowing Garry's Mod from was permanently banned for DDOS threats, which would mean you were ban evading. Even if you did buy a new PC, it wasn't an IP that got you banned, it was the fact you were borrowing gmod from a banned account.
