To do that, all I need is your transaction IDs (for every single purchase, not just one) and I can manually cancel them recurring.

There is STILL an ongoing dispute with the transactions by the way.

The one that was not disputed (literally 1/4) was cancelled to avoid a recurring charge in 2 days.

We spoke about it a bit via TS dm's , never got the chance to finish the convo. Most that is listed below was already said in the TS dm's.


I love this server way too much to be lying to you, what i meant is "I used a guest account" I used a guest account on paypal, because I don't even have a paypal account. I purchased all subscriptions through the "Checkout as guest" tab, then soon entered my email & credit card info.

Spoke with my dad, he only made two dispute cases which were both cancelled (1 for $10 the other for $20). There are no other ongoing disputes, if it still show's that there are open disputes I'm happy to pay for your fee's. I've just been dying to get onto the server and play with all of my friends.

yo, update on the chargeback . This email was sent on the 28th of July & I saw it on the first of aug. the bank denied the cancellation of the chargeback since it was "too late" I honestly don't know what to do at this point other than me having to pay you for myself to get unbanned. I've just been dying to get onto the server. Thanks

Short update for August 31st, 2021

 

I understand some of you are frustrated with your buddy Venom being gone from the server for a bit over a month now, and i'm well-aware he had good intentions for the community and mistakes do happen. HOWEVER, since @Ozzy and @Jake requested clarification as for me bringing up ill-intent/lying in this situation:

A)

YOUR BANK WOULD NEVER carry a chargeback if you said "I Just wish to cancel future payments to this merchant" - a chargeback is reporting a dispute for being fraudulent or transaction error

 

B)

A month later and after many pleas for an unban, the chargeback is STILL active

Despite this, I am still allowing you @Venommm to get on Teamspeak and talk to your buddies (very different from how I typically handle a chargeback)

 

C)

Even if Venom was to theoretically send me the amount + the fees associated with the chargeback, I am entirely vulnerable to this repeating, not to mention my tarnished reputation with PayPal from an influx of chargebacks, leading to them being less than likely to favor me as a merchant due to poor history.

 

 

 

I am still refusing to move forward and unban his account until this case is resolved with the bank, members like @Soappppp who choose to be ignorant and attack me claiming there is no case open/PayPal account associated, you are absolutely ignorant to do so when all the evidence is RIGHT INFRONT OF ME. Again, you can't strong arm your way into me unbanning your buddy, whether there was direct ill-intent or not, please remember your account is your responsibility, and under no circumstances should I have no endure the financial burden of a chargeback due to you misusing your "daddy/mommy's credit card".

This is what repeated chargebacks of 200-300 $10-20 look like after getting hit with a PayPal chargeback fees of $45+

Yes, $13,500 in 9 months. The generated report above is January > August of 2021
