Past experiences as staff: As an actual moderator that deals with sits I have no experience in that but I am a quick learner. I have been for the past two months a MRP GM and I was one of the few that got promoted recently.

How do you plan on benefiting our server?: Even though I have little experience as a staff member, in my past two months of being a MRP GM there have been no complaints about my behavior/professionalism and I think that me getting promoted from T. GM to Gamemaster shows that.  I am also very active and I tend to be on the server during non peak hours so I would be able help enforce the rules during these hours. I would be able to enforce the rules effectively but also show leniency, for example, on something that seems like a genuine mistake or if a new player who doesn't know the rules does something they don't  know they aren't allowed to do.

I have been apart of this community since 2016 and I am committed to seeing it grow and prosper. I think that me applying for GM and then being one of the few T. GM's promoted shows that. As well as that I am the Lieutenant Colonel of Red Group which I think also shows my Commitment, Responsibility, and Professionalism, all of which I believe should go into being a good staff member. I work well with others and I believe that I get along well with everyone on the server which goes to show that I wont make biased decisions.  I am also willing to stick to my beliefs on something and am willing to speak up and defend my point of view if I believe others in the staff team are doing something wrong.  

Some may wonder why I wish to leave GM and switch to staff. In all honesty I am bored of being GM (and have been for a while) and have been thinking about wanting to switch over to staff for about a week or two. I feel that my skills could be better applied elsewhere and that being staff would allow me to better help the community that I love. I will give 110% to being a good staff member and will do my best to make sure that this community grows and flourishes. I look forward to see all comments and all feedback. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP?: Aside from that one Basecamp warn no.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I have made no previous staff applications. I have made a GM application that was accepted.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I can be on Almost everyday for at least 3+ hours depending on my work schedule.

Wyatt is a great guy who I have had the pleasure to see grow while I was Marshal, and now able to have as a superior in Red Group. In my personal opinion he would be a great fit for this role and would definitely be a great addition to the staff team.

+1 - Every-time I’ve been on I have seen him on and not afk. He is a very competent with holding Lieutenant Colonel in red group, and at least from what I’ve seen, he is doing  extraordinarily great. I never had a bad with Wyatt, he is very chill and welcoming. For this, I believe he would make an amazing staff member and I hope to see him in there soon.

I dont think red group thrives at all without wyatt being there. Hes been a major positive influence on the faction and hes always helping with whatevers needed of him. I cant think of anyone right now who would be better suited for the position than wyatt, and with all the effort hes put into the server he deserves all the positive recognition he has.

I wish you luck with the app wyatt, not that youd need it.

Great guy overall and like almost everybody before me has already stated: takes the server's efficiency very seriously and genuinely cares about helping out other players. Would definitely make a fine addition to the team.
