I do try my best to report to whom is breaking rules and trying to help other members with any problem. you guys should pick me over other applicants because I would be able to solve issues when they come up in order to  help the community to have a better time and  help them enjoy the sever. And if I think something might be breaking  the rules I try to let them know that it is wrong before I report it. I try to always keep the clips that I take and the ones that I take are always put on YouTube for the public so that it is open to always go back and see it. 

I think that I  would be a good admin because I like to help new players and spend time with as much people as I can when I am on  I am known by most of the server and am happy to help ware I am able to. I enjoy being on the server because it's fun to help people grow and gain money and work together. it's fun to base with newbies and teach them how to get better and work hard   I know as an admin that I can help solve problems and inform new players when they break a rule And make sure that people aren't abusing loopholes or cheating to ruin other players experiences in the server.

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?:  3hr a day but on Wednesdays and Tuesdays I can be for more

Confirming my referral. Very active, getting to know the rules well, and known in the community. Just think the paragraphs could be beefed up a bit.

Overall the application itself is not too bad. You seem to be mature, well known around the community and you got yourself a few referrals. Also, you got a decent playtime and it looks like you're very active on the server. Nonetheless, I would suggest 2 things to make this application even better

(those are personal suggestions, it's not mandatory to follow them but it will make your application look better)

 

1- First of all I would suggest correcting the grammatical mistakes in your text. You can use free online correctors like Grammarly. Take about one minute to make it look fancy and flawless (or almost lol) 

 

2- Adding more personal thoughts or experiences in the “why we should choose you” section will make you stand out. Talk to us about your strengths, weaknesses and experience that made you learn from those weaknesses. In other words, SELL YOURSELF to us.

 

Those are the two points that stood out to me while reading your application. I'll stay neutral for now but I wish you good luck!

Even though you have changed over the course of your stay on the server I think you still need to get used to the rules and not be so "emotional" (I can't find a better word to use here), I've seen you a couple of times get mad over simple situations and break rules because of that.

With that being said I think you can become a good staff member but not at the moment, there are some things that make me doubt about you becoming one, things like this:

So I am trying to make a lot of flags and I was told it was ok to make but I haven’t put it down since making it and I was told by a admin if someone wants me to show it it was ok as long as it was in a base that u can’t see from outside but I had to put down the other flags with it

This is something we do not want to see in not only staff but from players. I've seen the clip and at this time I recommend you regain your reputation regarding this situation before reapplying.
