Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]
I can be a staff member who can help the Community in various ways since I am confident in myself. I'm always involved, so the Staff Team will always have someone who is dedicated and willing to go above and beyond. Additionally, each applicant for this position will acquire the same points for you. They will claim that they are proactive, competent, and able to take charge. I am much more than just a committed, competent, and effective leader. I have faith in myself. I am confident in my ability to support the staff team as well as in my ability to show the staff and community members my professionalism, compassion, and loyalty.

It's very likely that what I'm going to say next seems cliched or expected. I am, nevertheless, a strong and resilient individual. I want to be seen by the community for who I truly am. In my role as a Moderator+ in other communities, I have demonstrated that I can go forward under any circumstances. Anyone who has worked with me in the past will describe me as a determined, ambitious, and dedicated someone who gives it his all at all times. The three phrases "Engagement, Professionalism, and Commitment" serve as the core of my personal and professional ethics. I also work efficiently and am always prepared to do things on time and at the required standard.

I believe that my experience working as a staff member in many communities has given me a well-rounded understanding of what application readers and community members desire and deserve. I believe I can better assist community members in similar circumstances because I understand how it feels to become nervous and annoyed with the staff members or community members because I have gone through it myself and have seen others go through it. I have a great deal of commitment and passion for what I do, and once I start something, I won't stop until it's finished to the best of my abilities. I don't think that many other candidates have this quality! Making sure that everyone in the community abides by the rules and enjoys their time on the server, in my opinion, is the greatest way for me to be the ideal staff member. I consider myself to be a fantastic co-worker who is also a lot of fun and easy to work with, and I believe I will get along well with everyone I work with.

I can always be effective and professional, which will benefit the Community and make it efficient and productive. Because I can arrive punctually the staff team will have a member who is committed to attending events, meetings, etc. I can use my many skills, including effective communication, both inside the staff team and across the Community. I can conduct myself appropriately and contribute to the Community's positive image and track record efforts. The staff team will benefit from my skills and expertise, and the community as a whole will gain from having a capable individual to maintain everything. The Community will need a committed individual who is willing to devote their time to the staff team and the Community's overall wellbeing.

I can be quite engaged myself and make a significant contribution to the staff teams work. My strength in this situation is that I can be quite active throughout GMT/EST hours. I may be highly responsible and provide a variety of different contributions to the team's professional growth. Garnet Gaming will gain a solid reputation and become known as a fantastic community as a result. I can be highly punctual and help the school with several events as a moderator. I show my level of devotion by being online all the time and participating when I have free time. I have a significant amount of talent, and I'll use it along with my leadership skills and other strengths to become a better staff member and moderator.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: In Fudgys RP Dark RP, I was once punished for Random Death Match, but it was an misclick. I took full responsibility for my conduct, and a staff member punished me.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I am capable of working 20 to 25 hours per week, if not more.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Football has always been one of my favourite hobbies. Along with that, I also enjoy swimming, the ocean, and the sea, as well as vacations, however they don't happen very often.

Did you read the staff rules?: MrKermit

staff rules part makes me laugh a little, knowing this was just written with chatgpt lmao.

in further detail, almost nothing within the application has anything to do with gmod, so unless you are this dedicated for the role I’m pretty sure this is ai generated.

this isnt a job bro, you dont get paid. Just come on and contribute and you'll do fine. If you start out like that, you'll burn out faster than I did.

Edit:

I mean, you reread the rules, which is nice.

Staying Neutral

-Never seen you in game

-App is mostly filler/fishy

(

Parts such as;

"I can be highly punctual and help the school with several events as a moderator." Like school? What?
" I consider myself to be a fantastic co-worker who is also a lot of fun and easy to work with" Co-Worker, again-what?
"I want to be seen by the community for who I truly am. {This application isn't really showing the community who you really are, because of how "fishy" it is}
" I show my level of devotion by being online all the time and participating when I have free time." This statement contradicts itself
)

Like, your application is good, I'm just struggling here between you being a 15 year old (Freshman in HS in America) and writing this much, vs you just using an AI to type it all up.

You could be the perfect fit into the staff team, and on the flipside, you could be terrible for it.

If you had gone through and edited your application (one that you must've spent soooooo much time on) you would have noticed these errors so something just isn't adding up here.

-1: Your entire app feels out of place, almost as if you wrote this for something else and then you edited some words to fit the context, for instance this sentence:

3 hours ago, MrKermit said:

I can be highly punctual and help the school with several events as a moderator.

Or this one;

Besides that, I've never seen you in the server before until today and this is where I found you; AFK spinning at spawn to farm hours of playtime (All day long).

-1: Honestly not sure if this was a joke or not but knowing that you didn't read the staff rules, then used ChatGDT or whatever it's called more than likely to write this show's you don't plan to truly take this seriously. I'd suggest if you're serious about applying, if you actually want to be staff to write an application and not copy it or have it generated from elsewhere.

Other then that, best of look lad.
