New Base location?

Description: With the new basing locations now available, I would love to suggest a new location.

	Reasoning: It seems a little challenging and fun location to build. Plus it's for people who like being far away from people. 
Could also make the building line a bit back more for people to have an entrance for the back door of the strip club

I think there used to be but there isn't right now

-1: Even though this location could fit with the other newly added locations I feel like this one is extremely close to the nightclub, so that makes this location kinda pointless.
