Add 'Climb Swep' to thobo dumpster dive.

Description: I think it would be entertaining if hobos had a small chance to get a climb swep when dumpster diving.

 

Reasoning: It would add another novelty/incentive to play hobo, and could also add to the "annoyance" factor that is inherent to the hobo role. Of course they would lose it upon death/role change.

Hobo has plenty of other reasons to pick it besides getting climb swep. Climb swep would serve no purpose and not make sense in RP.
