Past experiences as staff: [Optional]  I was once a Lead Mod for Military RP. I resigned because I knew I was going to be inactive for quite a few months. 

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]  My reasons are the same as when I was originally going for staff. I am willing to dedicate my time to help benefit the server. I've noticed that there are still times when no staff are online and new players are running around rdming people and causing problems. I am able to get on at later times like that and deal with them. Another reason for wanting to become staff again is to be available to do TP's for anyone doing tryouts. 

Like anyone else,  I want to be a decent role model to newer enlisted and show them that they can still have fun on the server without having to randomly kill other players. In tough situations I can still make rationale and reasonable decisions. I don't ever lose my cool over small things. When it comes to minges,  I don't mind dealing with them and helping them understand the server better. Like in the past, trying to get them involved in TS and discord tends to make them actually want to play the server without causing to many problems. I believe that I can be a decent staff member on the server.

Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details:  No, I have never been banned before.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:  I haven't made any previous applications. The only one I've made was my original application last year when I was staff.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?:  I should be able to contribute about 3-6 hours a night. This time can change cause my job does require me to work late some days. But most days I should be able to hop on in the evenings or late at night. Weekends I can be available most of the day.

He has a great presence and keeps the ball rolling for Taliban at late hours. His biggest benefit is the hours he is active, as he is on frequently at late hours when mods are gone. He is a good officer, and keeping him around the mod ranks would help him maximize his officer abilities with tp’s.

I've known derp for some time now, He is an active member of the MPR community and is active when others cant. His responses and attitude uphold himself and I truly do think he would be a great addition to the staff team.

  I have heard good from the server about Derp, i dont know him as well as i would like to but ive never seen anyone have a bad interaction.
