Actually- finally keeping track of their RP and OOC events aswell as establishing ranks such as GM Director and Asst. director was much needed inorder to keep events on the server clean and fun. Also, pushes them to do better and keep activity up. What was once barely focused on and considered a static boring rank that you'd get worn out or bored of eventually is now being looked upon as a more organized role with requirements. There is a better explanation for it there as to why I haven't had many events.
