  1. It is going well and we will be implementing a closed/open beta this spring for a week or two to work out bugs and what not before opening it up to the public.
  2. -1 Don't really know who you are, you have been on the server for 294 hours but I dont think you have got your name out enough While you do have some good staff members giving you a referral I don't think you are ready. Also "I'm not trying accusing" but it looks like you used a AI to write your sentences, comparing Cheek's, Reynold's, Shwade's, Bishop's, and my own staff apps that all passed with 0% AI

    Ban Appeal

    Accepted Your ban has been removed, but if you are caught alting after a ban you will not be unbanned. @Python@Fonzaplease lock and move.
  4. Denied Your ban will stay as it is due to your large amount of warns, previous bans, and your blatant form of toxicity/telling others to harm them selves. While you are banned you have the ability to hop onto the TeamSpeak and other GG affiliated servers and would strongly advise to do so. We would really like to see that during your ban that you can reform and end your toxic ways. If this is something that we can see, then we can talk about you becoming unbanned early but this is not something that can happen in a few weeks. So going forward, you may appeal on 08/21 but before that we will need to see some form of you reforming otherwise it will be denied. @Python@THEHUNTINGUYPlease lock and move : )

  6. +1 Though, I think, instead of giving people perms to change their jobs we could add a disguise tool ad d on from the workshop onto those classes so they can easily change player models

Name: Papamid Current Active Ranks: CWO & Team Leader of Delta Force, COL of USMP Officer Experience: Former COL of Green Beret followed by CHEEKS, currently COL of USMP, CWO of Delta Force dealing with trainings with base faction and tryouts. Notable Accomplishments: Within my short 5-6 months on the server I have: Built Green Beret from the ground up, I started with very few enlisted members and managed to gain ≈ 25 members and left the faction in good hands with CHEEKS. Won multiple tournaments while leading the faction either as the COL or the team captain. Joined the elite Delta Force faction after very minimal time. Finally have gained the rank of Admin and am a Supervisor of the Operator staff team. Playtime: 2300 Hours Desired Rank: (In order from most to least desired) Chief Supervisor, Public Affairs Officer, Chief of Staff, and Senior Supervisor. Current Rank in ISI (If Applicable): N/A What does the term Professionalism mean to you?: To me, professionalism is a combination of traits that exemplify a person's dedication, expertise, and attitude towards their work. It encompasses qualities such as reliability, punctuality, accountability, and the ability to work well with others. A professional is someone who takes their work seriously and is committed to doing their best, no matter the circumstances. They are knowledgeable in their field and continuously seek to improve their skills and knowledge. They are also respectful, courteous, and maintain a positive demeanor, even in challenging situations. How do you hope to improve ISI? Instead of saying how I plan on improving ISI I have taken the liberty of brainstorming a path that ISI leaders can take and use if I am denied but plan on using if I get in. To improve ISI requires a combination of strategies that address various aspects of the faction. Here are some key steps that can help: -Clarify your vision and mission: Clearly defining ISI’s purpose and goals can help ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives. -Develop a strategic plan: A strategic plan can help guide decision-making and prioritize actions to achieve the goals. -Build a strong team: Investing in your team through training, development, and incentives can help improve performance, collaboration, and engagement. -Streamline processes: Identify inefficiencies in your processes and streamline them to reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase faction demeanor. -Monitor performance: Regularly monitoring performance against goals to make informed decisions can help ensure you are on track and identify areas for improvement. By implementing these steps, ISI can and will improve its operations, effectiveness, and ultimately achieve its goals. Are you willing to completely commit to the Faction?: I will state that my Wife will always come first before video games but she has been and continues to be understanding that video games are a comfort to me so I always have time to play. Additionally, I want to be able to help ISI grow and be able to not only dominate in wars but be a role model faction that new players can look up to and other factions would like to take after ISI. Finally, I have no other plans to leave if I am to join and would love to shoot for becoming the next COL if possible. What skills do you bring to the table?: As a player who first started out only (nearly) 5-6 months ago I have both grown as a player and a mentor. I have been able to make Tier 1 players out of Tier 3 and base faction through trainings and tips and tricks. I personally have been able to become part of a Tier 1 faction only after very minimal trainings and tryouts. Additionally, what I bring to the table is the ability and the knowledge on how to take a faction with very little players and make it poping again. Finally, I have been and continue to be a great leader for both base faction and members of my own faction.     With further consideration to this i will change my +1 to a -1. as It will allow the side with more players to always chose a OBJ that is in favor to them.

    +1 I like it a lot plus it will help newer players not go to the wrong OBJ The only negative I see is how would we vote for multiple OBJs at once.
  14. -1 I do feel as if the risks out way the reward. The purpose of the recruitment system is to give new players a basic idea of how to play the game before they even start. Additionally it incentives both staff and base faction as it allows for faster promotions as we all know it does take time and can be boring but it is something that just has to be done. What we can do to help out the DS and RACs is add a more in depth "Recruitment table" where new players can be given an automated recruitment that go deeper into the rules, factions, and war. Kind of like what we had in the past but better, and on top of it we would have to revamp the /quiz to make it more difficult and cover more topics so people cant just go rdming right away. With this system though I believe it take a while to develop so the DS and RACs will be required, and even with it in place some players may still be wished to be trained by another player as it would be easier than taking a large test.

  16. Denied After further review, it has been deemed that your actions did in fact warrant a warning. While you may not have intentionally VDMed it is the fact that you neglected to drive safely through your own base and that is your responsibility.
