WohMi 182 Posted June 3, 2023 Share Posted June 3, 2023 Objectively, The Empire Strikes Back is not only the best Star Wars films, it's one of the greatest films of all time. John Williams' soundtrack is powerful and emotional as always, the actors truly have gotten into their characters and how they would act. In addition to those, it was groundbreaking for cinema plots at the time. Darth Vader's revelation that he is Luke's father is one of the most iconic plot twists of all time, and the Cliff-Hanger ending is both legendary and was near unheard of at the time. Not only is The Empire Strikes Back the greatest movie in the Original Trilogy, it is without a doubt the Greatest Star Wars movie AND one of the greatest movies of all time. Link to comment
