I got banned whilst offline and I was black mailed

What happened? (include any proof): So what happened was that I was involved in an event with Korn the manager and we were in the waiting room. I might of used bad language but Eventually a person named " Ben"  that  heard me say this clipped it, and he blackmailed me and said that if don't give him a huge amount of money and if I don't pay up I'll be reported and banned. I ended up reporting him for black mail and Korn the manager took our sit. he saw both our sides and eventually Ben admitted to black mail here's a clip to show: https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/1jb80BiO1gpFo2/d1337y3FWukf?invite=cr-MSxmR00sMTU3OTExOTI3LA.  After that Korn agreed that since we were both in the wrong he wouldn't ban us both but instead he told us to just go our separate ways and to not say anything like that again in game. I made amends with Ben and genuinely apologized for what I said and I thought we were good. I log off  and log back on about 2 hrs later and see that i am banned for homophobia. Apparently he reported me again after our original sit and delt with it with a different staff member, Dimebag.
Why should your ban be removed?:   My ban should be appealed because I think it's unfair to report someone after they had a sit and dealt with that issue especially when they're offline. Since KORN dealt with our sit ben shouldn't have been able to report me again whilst I was offline causing me to be banned.

You were reported for "homophobia" and I received a clip of you calling someone a weenie hut jr f-slur. I couldn't even get your id because logs had refreshed, I believe it was Lady Lala that grabbed it for me. It was reported long after you left and I did inquire with the reporter about that, but I wouldn't be doing diligence as staff if I were to not enforce the server rules, including our stance against racism, homophobia etc.

yea but our sit about me saying that was already delt with by KORN and was resolved. I don't think it's fair that I get reported again without being able to defend myself since I was offline. Even then in the sit KORN took it upon himself that he noticed that I was being blackmailed and I  have a clip and so does KORN. KORN had revolved the sit with the standards being that none of us would be banned due to both the allegations being both  bannable offenses, so KORN let us both off with a verbal. I think that again if I'm banned he should be banned as well for blackmail since he made a report after me being offline.

@Korn I would also like clarification because this is the first I am hearing of it. I am just making sure i deal with what is brought to my attention, and I do certainly apologize if I made a bad call due to lack of information. @Blueyyou understand how it looks from my end?

The clip that bluey shows that he understands that he blackmailed him but blackmailed him into doing what exactly with no other recording of it. Dimebag showed that bluey said that f slur then proceeds to ask to stop and that it just slipped out although both are in the wrong blue's ban should either be lowered or stayed as the time should be taken to learn to control under stressed situations. 

 

Yes korn delt with the situation but it's 2 different problems problem A being that he blackmailed you(sit 1) problem B you saying the f-slur(sit 2). They are both 2 different sits entirely and it is unfair you didnt get to defend yourself but that's why the forums are here :). 

 

Felt like commenting but bluey is a good guy and this should be taken into consideration.

While the clip does show you being blatantly homophobic, and is a valid reason to be banned for 2 weeks; I have gathered from speaking with Korn that your sit for this instance of homophobia had already been handled in-game.

 

Making a new report hours later to get a new outcome is not the way to handle the situation, if they were displeased with the result of Korn's sit, they could make a report here on the forums.
