What happened? (include any proof): Basically I was in a party with  Wub who is also staff but anyway we were in my base in a party and as a joke i turned on friendly fire and killed him in my base, Wub then reported me for RDM and I gave him 50k for compensation money, Wub then said that he's good with that and wanted the sit to be resolved. Gabbox then said that he's not gonna do that and instead decided to carry on with the sit, ignoring what wub said. he then asked me why I rdm him and me and Wub both agreed that I killed wub his base and that it was all jokes. Gabbox implied that what we were saying was false and decided to warn me anyway.

Why should your warn be removed?: I believe that this was unfair considering we both gave him the reason why I killed Wub and I think that Gabbox needs to be held accountable considering this doesn't look good for the staff team.

That was crazy of gabbox when the reporter wants the sit drop you just drop it lol it doesn't affect gabbox in any way if he does drop, just caused more issues for himself

I warned you, as I also said to Wub, because whenever I'm on and taking sits and you're on aswell, you get reported most of the times, and some times, no punishment is given towards you because the reporter doesn't have a clip. Also, Why isn't there a clip of the kill huh? Maybe because you guys were probably lying, by saying that you guys were in your base?

You obviously don't know how staffing works. Just because I get reported by players a lot doesn't mean that you're allowed to just ignore what the reporter said happened and do what you want.  you weren't there for the situation so how would you know we're lying? me and wub both stated that I killed him in my base but you decide to say that I'm lying just because I get reported by people often which is very bias.

First of all, even IF you bribed the reporter, I still have FULL RIGHTS to either warn or jail you.

Third and last of all, Wub at the start of the sit said that he got rdmed and that you guys were infact NOT in your base.
In the clips that you showed that were sent to you by Wub himself, he trimmed the start, why is that?
Maybe becase he admitted to it?

By the screenshots you sent it's clear that we were just messing around in the base so all the kills were legal. me saying "It was jus jokes gang" doesn't prove that I rdm him. I said that because I killed him in the base as jokes. also I payed him because he wanted perk money so I gave it to him, none of your evidence shows that I rdm him because there was context behind it. I killed him in my KOS which is a valid reason, just because you think that I'm lying doesn't mean you can just warn me based off your opinion.

-Bluey was in his base which has KOS.

-Wub got compensation from Bluey.

-Wub said it's all good.

-Bluey said it was for the lols.

-Wub said he was in Blueys base.

-Bluey still got warned.

It quite literally seems like Gabbox warned bluey just because he wanted too

 

its the equivalent of saying "I killed him because I wanted to kill him" in an RDM report

Although yes, it is up to the staff member to decide the punishment. In this case they both agreed it was okay and was also compensated for the RDM. In the future if the reporter says it is okay to resolve after being compensated then do so as at the point it is considered "even."

 

Bluey please seek a Manager+ in game to have the warning removed.
