Ironically enough, I brought this idea up very recently in our MRP exec chat. It's more than likely not going to be happening, because we're working towards actual changes for the server, as opposed to just visual changes at the moment

Agreed with dembe, as a mrp vet myself (7 years) bringing russia back would not be beneficial to the server only to some players that played when russia was a main faction. tali and us have been at war for a long time irl so it has more dialog for role play. us and russia only were at each other's throat because of the cold war. nothing really to draw people in. maybe ukraine vs russia because of what went on and whats going on. that's just my opion.
