There should be restrictions relative to how far apart DJ huts have to be. Having separate styles of music running on top of each other is just as bad as Earrape. This also reduces the immersion on the server.

To add to that, make it so when you mute the dj in the tab menu that it also mutes the radio because there is no way to mute the radio (that i know of) as is

Context menu has an option to decrease the volume to 0 for the radios, though that'll apply to all the DJ radios.

This is too vague to apply to anything in game. There isn't a way to apply this in game. It is similar to two hobos building next to eachother.
