YYeah, it’s me again. June 10th was the final time I was banned; which later, was appealed. Since then, there hasn’t been a single ban on my record. However, I have been warned and jailed later on. 

 

In the last ban appeal, the argument was the confusion of timespan and miscommunication with the report and LTAP. This time, it’s completely unfair. After reading this, you’ll see that yes, I have done wrong. However, it didn’t NEARLY warrant a punishment so severe. As well as the way the punishment was handed out.

One : Why would you start an RDM sit in the open like that? For RDM, a rule that serious, it should grant the reasonable response to go to one of the staff boxes.  Not a few feet away from spawn.

 

Two : To be reasonable : If you were gonna take a sit a few feet away from spawn, wouldn’t you think it’s wise to become “Staff On Duty?” That way, oh I don’t know, it protects you from being blown to pieces by some Level 1 with an uzi? Or to tell that you're in a sit? That way there's no confusion?

 

Common sense. 

 

PART 2 : The logs

 

I caught wind that Awp said and I quote : 

 

“If he makes an appeal I can just show the kill logs.”

Yes, you can. You most definitely can. Matter of fact, I encourage you to. I WANT to see them.

 

Because if you do, you’ll see the recurring theme of the same people getting killed. Such as

 

Computer

 

Graygrayiscool

 

Bob the Builder

 

Alexander Knyght

 

 

People I believed to be my friends, were screwing around. They killed me, I killed them. 

 

That’s why, if you had done a little more research, you’d see that I was showing up in the kill logs too. By the same people listed.

 

Now I get it, there can’t be proof that they were screwing around and weren’t upset, right?

 

Haha, WRONG.

 

 

These chat messages show individuals that I was screwing around killing with, DENOUNCING my ban, and even attempting to start a protest with #freecubes.  You can even hear graygrayiscool pissed at the ban in the video.

 

Hm, even the random thief I killed that was in your, “sit” even was on board on how bullshit the ban was.

 

To conclude, 

 

The ban was unjust, unfair and overblown. There was not a single report against me, and you banned me without hearing the full story and you assumed I was just massing.  By the looks of things, you only banned me because you were mad about your "sit" being interrupted. (When as stated, there was no way to tell if you were in a sit or not.)

 

You’re a cool guy Awp, and I’m not trying to go against you. I have no problem with you.

 

But to put it honestly,

 

This was bullshit.

 

I’d ask that the ban be at least reduced, on a reasonable aspect.

 

If the ban itself could get appealed, that would be great. But I’m not gonna hold my breath.

As we all know consensual killing is still considered rdm, but for someone to be punished for the sorts it must be reported, even if we wanted to make a report (Which we weren't going to make a report as he is our friend ) he was banned way to fast and without a sit. Now I do agree that the timing was indeed poor, but even then, he should have at least given an explanation to mr cubes and or ask the other 2 people that were rdm'd if they would actually like to have him given a punishment. Also I have asked an higher up (merk) and even for a mass rdm issue there needs to be a sit for it, which there wasn't cause he was banned too fast. Now i can see giving him a warn for rdm in a sit as that did happen. Next time give a chance for a report to come. If you would have waited you would have seen nothing as me and gray never had any intention to report Mr. Cubes for killing us. In conclusion, he should be unbanned as there wasn't a sit given, no reports on mr cubes for the rdm's in question, and the fact that the victim's of his rdming spoke out against the ban. Pedophilia

Sexism

DDOS Threats

Hacking(with evidence)

Crashing server (attempts included)

and anything that was pretty much a perma ban unless you had no proof

Alrighty, hello... So Dr. Cubes was banned for MRDM = Mass Random Death Match. 
Before I had taken any sit, Cubes was already Mass Killing, Once i took a sit that Pablo had made i went to him since it was a question about crates, whilst trying to ask him/awnser what he needs to know i was killed by cubes. Then Cubes kills Gray & then gets killed & then goes back to whom killed him, which is Pablo & kills him & 2 others again.

Yes I should have either verb warned him/ waited for a report. The main reason why i did not Wait for a report/ verb warn him was purely based off of his Previous Bans, which Majority of which are MRDM Bans, So he cleary knows what MRDM is and what the punishment for it is.

1. You can see the reoccurring pattern of the same people being killed. (Also Bill Chase rdmed me in those logs yet you didn't seem to care about that did you?)

 

2. yes, I do what MRDM is. That's why I was only fucking around with people I knew. Because THEY were playing along. I stayed away from randoms, that way yes, I DIDN'T get in trouble for RDM by messing up and killing someone outside of us screwing around.

 

3. Yes, I do know what the punishment is for MRDM. But you should've had a sit. Computer put it pretty clear what bans warrant on the spot vs needing a sit. Clearly, you either didn't no or didn't use common sense. 

 

Aaaaaand finally. Even with past history, you. still. need. a. sit. In this case, it's basic staffing that you should've taken into account. Aint that right, Dr Awp?

 

(Btw, I didn't go back and kill the same guy. Nor did I kill the guy who rdmed me, who was Bill Chase. Watch the video, buddy.) You banned me before anything could be sorted out.

First off I would like to remain clear on the fact that you DID MRDM.

Due to Awpman banning you without a report, and only one of your kills being involved in an active sit, you'll be allowed to return on a technicality 

Keep in mind for the future that killing your friends without a valid RP reason is still a violation of the rules whether reported or not.

A report being placed doesn't dictate whether not your kills are RDM. :3
