What happened? (include any proof): I got banned for homophobia, but there wasn’t a sit. No one told me why I was being banned. No one warned me for anything in regards to the said homophobia. I’m not homophobic, I may have said something that wasn’t allowed but how am I supposed to not do it again if I don’t know what I am being banned for? Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Hi there, I am Orion the one who banned you from our server. Yes I do admit I did not bring you into a sit to inform you of what you did was wrong, however we take racism and homophobia very seriously on the server and even saying the word can and will most likely get you banned and depending on the severity of the use of the word can determine the length of your ban. Most times if we have evidence can and most likely will ban for it without a sit and I did have enough evidence to issue your ban. You were not brought into a sit due to that by the time the evidence was gathered you had already disconnected from the server. I do apologize if this has upset you in any way but here is the evidence of the instance of homophobia. The evidence is in the youtube link below. Please note that this is not my video but evidence provided by a third party. I have took the video and fast forwarded it via the link below to the instance of you saying the word.

After careful review of your appeal and the events pertaining/leading up to your ban. We regretfully inform you that your request for an appeal of your ban has been denied at this time. This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:

I would first like to take the time to say i appreciate the time and effort you put into this appeal. I know that not being told what rule you broke and how to avoid that in the future before getting banned is a horrible thing to experience, but you are a high enough level to understand homophobic slurs are against the community guidelines which is why you are banned. I will be talking with orion about making sure he explains why they are getting banned and how to avoid it next time. Your ban will stay due to what is stated in the link below. I will be getting with the hr department about orion and cracking down on this so it doesn't happen in the future.
