       Why should we choose you over other applicants?:

I don't believe anyone should be chosen over any other person based on the words of another. I believe myself to be a good applicant based on my previous expectance and my willingness to learn about and support this community. Having grown up on Gmod and now coming back to it as an adult I'd like to begin giving back to and helping it to grow. I have a few ideas about what could add some more compatible content to the server if anyone is interested I am more than happy to talk about it!
      I, being motivated to do what i can to learn and help out where i can, want to see what it is to be a moderator or administrator and know what is in this newer kind of environment. The severs I've moderated don't function like your typical Gmod server or even the same game format and this new experience will help me in many ways beyond being able to simply moderate who breaks the rules, I think it will help me be a better leader and developer of structured systems. I would also be interested in helping out with the other Garnet Gaming servers!
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I've been warned over an unknown cavate regarding killing another player in crossfire.
Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I can get on after work but I will have other life commitments ofcourse.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Beyond gaming other games I work on aircraft and enjoy hanging out with my gf or going out with friends.

I can't remember interacting with you much in game although I haven't seen or heard anything bad about you.

I'm gonna go with a Neutral for right now. I may change my vote but I'm going to wait for some more feedback on this app before I decide.

Much like the previous replies to your application, I haven't had too much interaction in game with you. Even with a referral like merks and the support behind it it's hard for me to make a fair call with the number of hours you have in game. While I commend the honesty in your app, I worry that joining staff with your current hours may be a tall task to give yourself. I make this point because I myself became staff a week ago and even with 600+ hours myself it has been a bit of an investment of time and Expertise. 

As a final bit here, I am willing to agree that my experience and others are not the same and cannot be fully compared to what you may have to offer to the community.
