Why should we choose you over other applicants?

Enthusiasm, Trustworthiness, and Respectfulness are some of the few reasons for why I should be accepted and chosen over other applicants. The reason why I should be chosen over other applicants is because I have lots experience with staffing.I know mostl the commands, as my time staffing on MRP has helped me get used to them. I am able to do the work and deliver outstanding results. I feel like I would fit in perfectly with the staff team and community since I already play with some of them. I am 100 percent committed to my job and give values to the job that the job will give to me. My edge from other applicants are my competencies and skills relevant to this job and my willingness to work under any kind of pressure .I know how to react in any kind of situations resulting in mass rdm, not following NLR and etc. I will take act for it and stop it ASAP to keep the server enjoyable.

 

Enthusiasm: Whenever I am on the server I gain an eagerness and a joy that fills me with energy to keep playing and stay with the community. For example, think of people you have worked with. Usually, those who show enthusiasm are fun to work with and the tasks get done faster and are enjoyable. That's how I see myself working with the staff members.

 

Trustworthiness: Trustworthiness can be broken down to several words. Integrity, honesty, reliability, and loyalty are the easy ways to describe trustworthiness. A trustworthy person will be dependable and honest with you. They will not lie, cheat the system, lose devotion in something, or turn their back on you over trivial matters. Being on time for meetings is a major part of trust. Doing all of these things can build an excellent reputation for anyone across the server and I believe I am already there and want to set the bar even higher.

 

Respectfulness: Building respect between others can help me develop a bond between others. I can build trust with others and they can trust me with what I will do in the staff situation. Wherever there is the presence of respect, positive change becomes visible just like how I can improve the server to be at its finest even more. I strive to respect both the players on the server and my fellow staff.

 

In conclusion, I know I am ready for the staff position. I possess the traits any staff member should have, and more.

   Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: 1 Day Ban for MRP: I was in the middle of breacher tryouts and we got raided. Threw a grenade in the raid and killed several RU. resulting in ATT.Mass RDM

Throughout your time on MRP, I have seen nothing except minginess and toxicity from you. Yesterday on MRP, you got on GB reserves and started minging and claiming areas on the whitelist. You were only an SSG on reserves. With that being said, you cannot claim and advert if you do not have permission from a higher-up, which you didn't. You then proceeded lie and tell people that you could claim. Later, you got on TS and entered the GB channel. You started screaming and posting porn in chat under Buddha's account. I had his post deleted since it linked straight to a pornographic picture. Whoever posted it, if you could do that with upper management if you wanted to provide proof in a private conversation so we can avoid posting that kind of graphic content on a public forum.

If you didn't take the time to inform higher ups of your absence, I looks as though you lack the ability to both follow rules and work as a team. It's gonna have to be a -1 from me now but I may change my answer later on. ( Also playtime is very low)
