National 169 Posted February 1, 2019 Share Posted February 1, 2019 (edited) Since I began taking sits and being on earlier in the morning, I've noticed tons of complaints about the payphone and hits. People will target newer players or someone they don't like, or have their friend place a hit on someone repeatedly until they quit the game. I, personally believe, that you should only be able to target the same player once every five minutes for example, During the 5 minute cooldown, the name doesnt appear in the Payphone.
