Add a NLR zone.

A 25ft proximity to where you died, if you lay in the zone for more than 10 seconds you get marked for NLR. We would put a time limit on it so that if you need to go to the other side of the zone if it blocks a street.

This would make determining if someone NLR'ed a whole lot easier. Considering to actually prove if someone NLR'ed you need picture or video evidence, and I don't see much people recording and taking pictures. Of course it wouldn't apply to PD raids.

This used to be a thing and was removed for a good reason. Suggestion was already made and was denied. And you don't have to have a recording or a screenshot of nlr but it helps if they didn't die again or if they didn't kill you, you can always check kill logs and the times to see if they were killed by the same person/party multiple times on their to check for nlr .-1

It's a good idea in theory, but when actually implemented it does more harm than good. Plus it's annoying as fuck to deal with.

Would ruin the concept of law enforcements in a PD raid. Garnet would not take the time to implement it to where it does not apply to a certain job
