What happened? (include any proof): Yesterday 6/23/2019 I played as the Cinema Owner and began charging prices to get into the Cinema. Upon Adverting inviting people to come in a few staff members showed up and started telling me about how my videos were illegal I immediately removed the video from the screen and apologized for my violation stating I didnt see the rule under Cinema Owner and later found out it was under Gen Rules. They said not to worry about it because they've seen me play for some time and one of them said "dont worry Gabe i'm not gonna ban you you're a cool guy". Today 6/24/2019 playing as a Spartan I LEGALLY opened fire on Trollman as he was trying to breakout a couple prisoners. After Legally killing the 3 of them he shouted "dammit Gabe I should've banned you" (he was in a playful tone so i thought nothing of it).     Moments later i found myself on the sit roof and Trollman asked me (while laughing) "Haha hey Gabe rememeber yesterday when you were playing porn in the cinema?" thats when i responded with a "oh yeah" thinking I was safe because I was told I'd be ok. They used that as a Confession and I found myself banned by Bob The Builder whom i dont think was even there that day it happened.
 

Why should your ban be removed?: I was previously given verbal warnings by the staff members i was told i would not be banned. This happened a day before i was actually banned. I understand the offense was pretty bad but I feel I shouldnt be punished for a crime i was already punished for.  Plus had i not killed Trollman as he was trying to free prisoners he wouldve never decided to push for my ban. I do my very best to play by the rules. As a matter of fact i read parts of the rules everyday to ensure that im within the law as im roaming around basing raiding and dealing. Ive invested in VIP the DB Shotgun FAMAS rifle and the GLOCK pistol perma weapons. I am asking for even just a little bit of mercy in order to keep playing on this server. I do more than my share of enlightening others of things they may be doing that are against the rules. I STRONGLY believe that those with no regard for the rules should absolutely be banned but I can honestly say I am one who strongly stands behind the rules set in place for everyone to have a good time. 

If I am still stuck with a temp ban I'll take it you guys wont hear any crying from me because i did violate that rule and I'll take the punishment. But please I am asking for this Perma Ban to be lifted.

You're pretty cool but I did not say anything of the sort. The only reason I didn't ban you last night was due to lack of evidence.

The only reason I followed through with the ban was because I was told my many of my higher-ups that you should have been banned and I heard that you said you read through the rules thoroughly and I don't think you could have missed that rule especially if it resulted in a permaban.  I am willing to +1 a temp. ban since I didn't see any harm behind your actions but I can't make any promises.

Im not denying the fact I violated the rule. I'll admit that but Im really hoping for a temp ban due to my clean record. Ill take responsibility for my actions Im just asking for a punishment less than permanent exile. Please you guys. Plus Trollman I'm sorry if you did never make that comment, I was hearing many things in voice chat I could have possibly mistaken that for whatever else that was going on in the mix of things. We were all having fun and I would like a chance to do this again. Like I said I'm not asking to be able to play tonight I would like something a little less drastic as permanent banning.

I appreciate your +1 and i do hope things go better. Like i said before I do look at the rules daily and i dont know why but i must have just gotten excited in the rush of laughter and stupidity during the rp that day.

I also understand you guys have to run a respectable server and there are things that need to be done to do that. Either way after this is all over I'll accept the outcome.

+1, seems extremely stupid that a mod can just change their mind on something over a day ago, especially when you hadn't realized it was against the rules and they knew that you didn't know, I can understand a temp ban to a certain degree, just not a perma ban.

If they have the proof, I believe they can change it but that is a little weird to just say "Hey I feel like punishing this player now". I'll just say +1 for non-permanent but a little temp ban might suffice.

+1 honestly that was kind of a dick move although you did break the No soliciting porn in cinema rule you weren’t aware and took it down. If they can provide proof too that would be great. Honestly I’m just gonna quote chase on this. Just “Some salty gmod players” - chase and also staff rules are finale they can’t just take a sit from the previous day and ban you then. ( I don’t think anyway im not sure though) temp would be good for this.

Thanks guys I really do try to follow the rules to the T to the best of my abilities. Although i've only been on this server for almost a month i look to the new players after i raid their low level bases and instead of stealing their belongings I instead stop and show them how to Legally and effectively build for the future.

For those who are saying that changing my mind a day after the sit was a dick move then you are correct. This wasn't my first decision to ban him like this but I was constantly being called a badmin in TS by others and they were pressuring me to just ban him and that "evity would deny the appeal" or some bullshit. I take full responsibility for this ban false or not and I probably should have followed my gut instinct before making that decision. Apologies @gabedababe1.

I have no hard feelings for this at all. I just dont want to be unable to keep playing with you guys. I feel the server is run very well by its owner and all the staff. I've never had any issues with staff members. When i have had a problem with someone breaking rules it is taken care of swiftly and fairly for both me and the offending party. If this all ends well we can go raiding together sometime @Trollman

So GabeDaBabe's ban will be shortened to a 4 day NITRP ban so he can learn from this. We have this rule for a reason as it is illegal for underage children to be viewing that and Garnet would likely not want that on his plate. As for @Trollman, if your going to do a ban, do it right away. If you won't, then stand by it.
