(include any proof): So the dude in the video and these few screen shots has been Mass Ban Evading. I think an IP ban is needed here. The first bit of the video is him admitting to Ban Evasion, and the last like 8 mins is him acting very toxic in sits. He got on another account named "DontBanMeIHaveAQuestion" or something like that. But yeah this mans needs to be GONE. A better thing to do is implement a family sharing check. Edit: You can also request an IP change from some ISPs. Edit2: Average ICANN IP Lease time is around a month.
