What happened? (include any proof): Valor was given PTE by Enjin who was occupied by DEVGRU Tryouts, didn't remove his PTE, Valor left the base 3-4 times and kept coming back, PTE isn't permanent

@Milton (Kendal) even watched him leave back 2-3 times, provided is a screenshot of the final kill of valor both in and out.

Why should your warn be removed?:  Even Valor said in OOC, if you leave and come back, your PTE is revoked, as well as told to appeal by warning staff,

+1 From me as well. As the staff that gave him the warn, I was the only staff actually active at the time and so I wasn't sure if revoking perms through voice is a valid revoke. 

I actually watched the whole thing go down. Conway revoked his perms through voice (since Valor was the only one there that even HAD perms.), Conway gave him ample time to leave, and Valor didn't do so. 

So because I wasn't sure about the scenario and how I should have dealt with it, I gave conway the warn and told him to appeal it A. ) As punishment for what I could understand might be RDM. and B.) so that we could see the exact rules behind what had happened.

Once again, I witnessed this go down. It went down pretty much how Conway summed it up.

Valor had left the base multiple times (Not counting the Actual RDM he suffered previous to this event) he was leaving the gate and hanging out with me and a couple others outside of US base while he had perms. What confuses me is that he died to conway, pushed me hard to give him the warn and jail (seemingly because Conway was trying to explain the situation to him, and Valor wasn't having it.) and then in OOC chat admits that leaving the base you have perms to enter automatically revoke perms.

To add on to that, the person that gave him perms was no longer at the base due to DEVGRU tryouts.
