Fix what the others said, your paragraphs are currently barely meeting the requirement though. Re-read staff application rules. If you do not fix this quickly, it will be denied, the current comments on this application are very bad. They will only change to plus one if you fix what they've said. That being said, I'd recommend just applying what they've told you to another application.

Go look at other staff applications that got accepted, they usually are good examples of applications that are well-thought-out and thoroughly done.

Then base yours around those themes(don't copy paste though, people who do that have gotten found out and we all get to laugh at them).
