Voice Amp addon for naval and event leaders.

Description: This addon will allow Naval and other Event leaders to use an addon called Voice Amp. *link here* This Amp allows the user to increase their general voice range or broadcast to the whole server. While using the voice amp your voice is also clearer and louder to allow less cutouts and better understanding of said player. It comes in the form of a small briefcase in the 3rd person menu but can be hidden behind the Debrief Stage Desk. 

How this will benefit the server: I believe this will benefit the server in the way that Naval will be able to broadcasts alerts to the whole base instead of having to use adverts. This would also allow Naval to directly communicate on the spot with each division in seconds instead of having to type out every order. This would also be an effective "assault Comms' For when we are attacking enemy FOBs in mass force and every little bit of communication is crucial to success. Basicly this addon has far too many upsides to not be added.

I've used this addon on an old server and it worked nicely. I think we also had this on our first SWRP. I think we should have it again to add another detail to RP.
