Staff Report against Spilq

What happened? (include any proof): 

Hello, a little before 11pm EST I put in a report on a man for his store. After a staff member came to help and accepted my report, Poopa Consoma, Spilq started a raid on the same store that I was in with Poopa (in an admin sit.) He killed me and the staff member who was in the sit in the raid and we came back because we were in an admin sit. 

After he completely failed at the raid and tried to propblock it because it was a failbase, Spilq reported me for breaking NLR. Exile Banks, a VIP Mod, took the report and I tried to explain I was in an admin sit and I came back since Poopa Consoma came back. Before Exile Banks even had a chance to look at the logs Spilq decided HE should decide my punishment instead of the staff member taking care of the ticket. ( https://imgur.com/a/8lDrrnU )

Throughout the time of Exile Banks trying to check logs, Spilq continued to pressure him to punish me according to HIS standards, even though I was in an admin sit and there was no reason for a punishment. ( https://imgur.com/a/HxCfgkg ) and ( https://imgur.com/a/dDFHRKx) Poopa Consoma, the staff member I was in a sit with when Spilq killed us, even told him that he was in a sit with me. Even though Spilq knew I didn't have a reason to be reported he continued to tell me to blame Poopa Consoma for him reporting me and getting me warned/kicked/jailed. ( https://imgur.com/a/ML0PF4H) Even after he got his way and I was falsely jailed, he wanted my punishment, that he was in no way supposed to be in charge of, dealt the way he wanted it. I am honestly annoyed that he thinks, because he is an S.Admin he can walk over people that he doesn't like. It isn't right.

@Spilq2 These screen shots dont show any of this happening. Unless you have screen shots of the propblock or proof of any of this. Im gonna have to -1 unless i see more proof.

They have both left the server. The report against spilq was for flase reports and trying to influence how the sit ended.

-1 the so called sit had like 10 other people there which is hard to determine if its a sit, if it were a sit the staff member  would have removed everyone not apart of the sit which would make it more clear to spilq that is is a sit.  please provided sufficient proof these screenshoots are not enough to help you at this time.

There were a total of 4 before the raid. Poopa and I, and the 2 store owners.

Well first of all I cant ask if what punishment I want given, even though it is up to the staff member taking the sit they can always go with what the reporter wants.

When I started raiding I had no idea that you was in a sit but that's not my fault, poopa wasn't staff on duty so how am I supposed to tell its a sit?

I don't see any proof of me "prop blocking" the base either.

You told me "it was poopa's fault he wasn't on duty and you cant control that" so I continued to tell you to blame him then.

Also, you shouldn't have shortened the clip, we missed the best part of you propblocking their fading doors.

That was the place of the sit, had I not came back it could have been argued that I ltapped

If you had not come back you could have asked to take the sit to a roof, and you wont be punished for ltap unless we see you disconnected in logs.

This is actually pretty simple. The staff taking the sit should be on duty, on a roof, or both.

RP doesn't pause for non-roof sits unless a Staff on Duty has said said so.

Also in the video, poopa says in local chat "okay i resolve". So the sit was over anyways.

You shouldn't have returned unless Poopa was the person to bring you there.

Also, LTAP is for disconnecting before punishment is served, not for a staff neglecting to bring you to the sit.

None of this is Spilq's fault really, so no punishment will be considered for this report.
