      I am going to try and help here the best that I can for you. A lot of people just say yes and then later on when they realise what they missed edit their application and correct their mistake. The only advice I am going to give you is read the staff rules AGAIN read every single line slowly and then come back here and edit your application afterwards. If you need it pointed out to you specificall what to read. Go to the staff application rules and guidelines section and click on the words Staff Rules where there is a link. Just saying Yes I did we don't know if you read the rules or not.

      Then edit it? If you can't prove that you've read the staff rules clearly then this app isn't gonna pass onto the interview stage.

      Overall: -1   + Hours + No bans +/- No interactions with you - Recent warns - Unable to read documents fully/follow directions - Unconfirmed reference   Overall, your application is decent, but your failure to meet the requirements will most likely sink the application. I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU READ THE STAFF RULES IN THEIR ENTIRITY and update your application when you do so. Hopefully I see you in game a few times and can make a decent grade of your character. I would recommend talking to Shleemy about confirming his reference.

      DENIED No way you tried to deny this ban appeal.  You dropped the hard r more times than I could count and also the f slur.  You need to grow up. Try saying that to somebody outside of gmod/a videogame and see where that gets you. You also said get me off this server so appealing the ban after that is crazy. In my professional opinion, 4 months isn't long enough.  Let's go ahead and make it 6. Your ban will be updated to 6 months.   Thank you for taking the time to make this report.
