(include any proof): I admit that I went too far with the mocking of him which is why I've toned down, however I don't understand how I'm supposed to know he's a minor or how I'm supposed to know that he is 12 years old (which for one should be a bannable offence with both discord EULA and steam EULA being broken). The clip that I was sent was taken so far out of context and I explained during the sit what the context was and why I didn't take action which I believe was a fair reason.Why should your ban be removed?: I'm an active member of 1MD, and I consistently host tryouts and training new recruits. I believe I've built a positive reputation within the Marines through my dedication and the time I spend helping others. I apologize for taking the situation too far in some situations, and I understand that some of my actions were inappropriate and uncalled for in other situations. To provide context not as an excuse, but as an explanation; Major Major has a well-known reputation within 1MD for being toxic toward other members, which ultimately led to him being demoted and rank-locked. That context is what contributed to my reaction, though I recognize I should have handled the situation more appropriately. Clip 1: I saw the dude getting punched and then spray the dude which I've admitted with Stew I'm aware that the person shouldn't have killed him and let the proper action came out, but I went to Major Major and said what I saw and told him that he's arrested the wrong person - not sure who the person punching was as he was too far out of range to see the name. Clip 2: I addressed this in the sit of I heard the person drop the "f" slur and I didn't have clipping software open so I said "I didn't hear anything" which came off to have sarcastic undertones which I never intended this to have (my accent is partially to blame to having a sarcastic sounding) and I followed up that with "Just don't say it again" as I'm a member of the community that slur is used against and I don't like hearing it from anyone at all. Clip 3: Same clip as before but with more context. I should've told them to stop here when saying "Let's go kill Major Major" and I accept that I did wrong. Clip 4: I was asking who promoted Major Major as I was under the impression that he was currently on Rank Lock, I ended up asking Jack Peterson about this later to get more clarification on if he is or isn't. I did not persue any further means in terms of removing his rank as I was going to leave that for someone who knew more than me to do. Clip 5: I was asking why he broke the door in a joking manner. I didn't intend for this to be seen as "harassment" as I'm unsure of how the door was broken as when I joined it was broken already. I've requested Major Major to train a couple times due to either a lack of other DIs being on and with my timezone being BST compared to others in NA I usually do not have the time to train (although I do train quite frequently). I do not just ask Major Major to train I do go round asking others and it's usually the person closest to me when there's a recruit needing trained that I ask. As a DI you should be training if there is a recruit in the training room and I saw Major Major going to the restraint sales area (no idea what the NPC is called) and I asked "Major Major, are you busy" in which he said no I'm going to war in which then I asked him if he could as he was the closest. I made a joke that MP was blacklisted from marines finance (as shrimps put me in charge for it, no idea what it is still), I have still paid out MPs and Major Major himself for training people. I give 5k to everyone who has trained multiple recruits or 2+ at a time to ensure that people are rewarded for doing a tedious job that takes time out of their RPing experience. Since the announcement from Nelson I toned down how I acted towards Major Major and did more of an approach towards Samuel with evidence and what has occurred as can be seen by the screenshots I have sent to Stew. I have had no part in any insulting of Major Major aside from a few times calling him an idiot, which was after war on the 26th UK time 25th NA time as he disregarded orders from myself and another 1MD officer to push Ramp and leave tunnels alone as the objective to capture was castle. I informed Nelson and Samuel about this and gave him what disciplinary action I would take, while leaving the decision up to him. I have never taken proper disciplinary action towards Major Major aside from this.

(include any proof): a player named major major was upset because i constantly told him to do his job as MP and spun around a narrative that i was harassing him after he constantly kept walking up and harassing me Why should your ban be removed?: For starters I've been an active member for the time i was on and actually brought value to the server, I was the one who was harassed by major major on multiple occasions and told him to leave me alone, i got banned NO WARNING OR ANYTHING and have been treated like a minge. its unacceptable that the admins involved have a bias to someone without getting each side of the story its straight up unprofessional and quite weird. and to ban me for Harassing a minor is total malarkey, harassment means i went out of my way to involve myself, in where that never occurred, furthermore why is a supposed minor playing a game that has restrictions for that reason, and i will be fair and say some things i said to major major were out of pocket but none were racist or homophobic in any stance, its sad i even have to appeal this nonsense but here i am.    the way this was handled was all out cheap in a way for not getting my side of the story  and solve the problem. WE WERE BOTH in the wrong not just one and if i am banned why isn't half the server banned along side me    Its horse dung and they know it is      if i dont get unbanned it is what it is but i hope to god no one ever has to deal with the same treatment i recived for doing absolutely NOTHING wrong    and the cherry on top is I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF THE SITUATION  no staff sit no nothing no rebuttle or nothing      this was handled way wrong and im sure the staff team is well aware

(include any proof): Gildarts removed the ban evasion, or it appeared, but then it came back after my actual ban's time was over. 

Damn, we run blood out of our chase car up here, they just intercept with any one of our ALS rigs. Last year we were at about 40 administrations, primarily GI bleeds (80%) and trauma (15%.) LMK if you want any info on supply options, I run a supply warehouse and distribute to our stations.
