neutral   confirming referall but app is AI. AI apps are not allowed   with that being said, i’m not -1 because i’d like to see if you can write ur own app without the use of AI

Description: For some apparent reason the cinema for quite some time has had a plethora of ads before anything being shown. Some ads being several HOURS long. Reasoning: A cinema owner can not only NOT do their job properly, but nor can movie nights be held, nor can events be held in the cinema regarding movies. This issue has been going on for over a year or more now.  I even spent time with staff in the past to see if it's tied to the installed browser type on the user's computer, what they had installed as an adblock, and more.  Ads are still shown regardless of settings locally.  Maybe it's tied to a player's rank or staff setting? I have no idea at this point. Regardless, maybe it's a setting server side. But the issue has gone on long enough to make the cinema nearly unenjoyable for anyone trying to use it. Additional Information:  A clip. Ugg waited through ads and finally got to the video. When walking to the video controller on the ground floor, it refreshed the ads.  Just ruining the movie experience overall. I understand there is a concern with what content can/will be shown, at the same time staff handling anything dicey can be addressed like it always has.  Serious bans and rules.  There's a really  neat add on for Media Player that creates an actual movie projector. -1  you have 473 hours but clearly who've only just come back to this community because I haven't seen you at all as of recently so i think you gotta reintroduce yourself to the community and get a good rep because so far calling someone a "gay foreigner" isn't giving off staff material it's giving immature child so i think you gotta think about how you're coming off and improve.

Neutral I reviewed your application and overall it looks good. To be sure I ran the text through two different advanced AI detection scans. The only sections that were flagged as AI generated were the paragraphs where the question specifically asked why you should be selected. Nothing else caught my attention...    Goodluck!

I'm curious how you can say that after the sit I just had with you was not professional at all, and not how we want people on the staff team to act very immature/toxic behavior for someone who wants to be on the staff team. Your application is AI, which is not allowed. Also, under where it says "Have you ever been banned or punished on any server?" you put "Only a few times B)" which doesn't really give us much and makes us have to do the digging when you should be more specific and clarify, instead you put an emoji down with sunglasses and a smile, in my own opinion I don't see what's cool about hiding such critical information, you where banned 09/05/23 for mass rdm and you have 5 active warns including RDM, NLRx2, FDA, Diss in OOC.  I was going to give you a plus-one, but after what I just witnessed and the research I had to do, it's a no from me.
