And helped staff/run the Rust servers when they were a thing, yes that long ago. How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] Its about time we get some people to reach out and help staff this server that we have been waiting this long for. Given that I have previous experience staffing among different Garnet servers, I'm pretty well versed on how things are ran. Granted it has been a while, I'm sure it will not take long to get back into the gist of things again. I never had any issues in the past with staffing regards such as sits or commands etc.. I played for years, so experience is not an issue. And given the time, yes we are all getting older, its safe to say most of us have matured at least a little bit and are more capable of being in a staffing position myself included.   Now for the elephant in the room, my previous ban. As I am well aware that it will most likely be brought up here I might as well explain it now. I was banned for cheating on MRP in 2021 if I recall. At first I was like "haha yeah right" as I knew I had never cheated on the servers and was just sort of in a mix of shock and amusement about it. Now what would a normal person do? Appeal and get unbanned if they truly werent cheating. Well instead i took the route to "appeal" in more of a laughing matter as I wanted a reason to step back from MRP and explore other games/servers, and me getting banned gave me a reason to do so. Was it dumb? Yes obviously but it has since led to people having a different view on my staffing abilities and reputation as a whole.    That being said, if anyone has doubts on my staffing abilities, then so be it. If given the opportunity I'm sure I will put that to rest that I will be more than capable of so. And as for dedication to the server, no I dont plan on being on EVERY single day. I have a life and a job like most of us. But given that I have spare time now that I'm out of school and have settled down in a new state, id love to come back to a familiar server that is in need of both staff and a somewhat dedicated player base a whole. So if given the chance, I would be more than happy to step in and help out. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes, I have made a few over the years for most of the Garnet servers at this point, some accepted some not. I staffed a Prison RP server on GMod in around 2018 and also briefly was staff here back in around 2020-ish I think.  How do you plan on benefiting our server? I plan to benefit this server by to start putting in what time that I can into helping get what even tests/surveys/etc. that the server needs to function done. I have a very dedicated mindset, when I am given a task I am on it and I WILL work on it until it is complete. With regards to the stuff I do not yet know, I can learn and adapt fast. When I look through something or am working on a task I try to be as thorough as possible. Ive been around helping this server and putting some work into it, Ive made most of the docs for US and some related Tools to help the US have some form constitution so that when the server releases, we have some form of backbone to use as we feel out what will and will not work. As a small bonus, I am Francophone and Russophone so I can help expand some helpfulness to players who may be primarily speaking these languages (which works because the French and Russians play more GMod than Anglophones it seems) Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Only once, back in 2020 or 2021 when I did become staff What inspired you to apply for this position?: I have been here with this project to bring back MRP since its beginning, I was one of the ones selected to be on RU from before we got the initial Beta up. When that beta was up I was on everyday it was open helping figure out things with docs, getting players trained, helping to initiating and maintaining. I stepped up and took on more work when the person who was supposed to be at the head our battalion was inactive and not getting on. Ive been helping with I can and with I knew was in my ability to do to make this project happen.  I do have my own real life work, and the time I can put in on my week days will be relegated to around 2-4 hours per due to the circumstances of my work (I have a LONG drive to make, it takes me 90-120 minutes to get home at times) but I will do my best to do all I can, the best I can, with the time I have available

This is the best reply on this thread. While I get the whole "oh its unmoderated you don't have to look at it", the glaring issue is the impact on new players. In the server's current state; new players have an awful experience on this server. I believe that allowing the timer to be bypassed will allow us to moderate the table and properly set a precedence on a server which has rules against racism, sexism, antisemitism, and harrassment of any kind. You can't say the n-word because the server is supposed to be as child-friendly as you can make a GMod server(it's also quite offensive). The table bypasses this entire statute that the rules are built upon.

The Star Wars side lets the Admins place pixels with no null period. Not sure if your side has the same thing, but they could be the ones to quickly wipe those pieces.
