Over the past weeks/month its been hard for me to keep up with staffing. The reason is because I have started playing competitive hockey again, and I skateboard and hangout with my friends alot. I can just keep activity normal on its own to run Marines and MARSOC as LtGen. I have become more and more nocturnal than anything. I am sorry if I have disappointed some of you but this resignation is a must because I do not want to be dead weight on the staff team. Referral(s): DarkKnight Past experiences as staff: Barring a previous foray into running my own server for about a month (Mostly experimental), I have served as a super admin on one server, admin on two servers, and moderator on one server. The server that I was a super admin on was a friends server, however the others I applied for and worked my way up through the standard ranks. Most of the servers lasted for about 10 months and over, up to 2 years, however, none of the servers are currently active. Why should we choose you over other applicants? To start with I really enjoy playing on Garnet Gaming. I think a big thing that makes or breaks any good staff member is whether or not they actually like the server playing on, and for me, that is a definite yes. I also have plenty of experience in playing DarkRP, I have about 4400 hours in Gmod, a good portion of which is in DarkRP. In addition to regular user experience, I also have plenty of Staff experience, as outlined above, ranging from Server owner, super admin, and moderator. I know I can contribute a lot to Garnet Gaming, both in the server and also it's forum. I like the server and the people who play on it, I get along with them very well which for me is great. I am trustworthy, mature and confident, and I like doing things by the book, which I think is pretty important when staffing on any server. I always listen to the players when dealing with situations, and I never try to rush through with a punishment/verdict. I know a lot of players don't have these qualities, which is why I believe you should choose me over other applicants. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? I have not been banned on any Garnet Gaming server. Have you made any previous applications, If so when? N/A, no applications made for this server. How much time do you have to contribute to the role? Tuesday and Thursday about an hour or two in the evenings, Fridays about 3-4 hours in the evening and Sundays about 3-4 hours at any time between 10:00 and 16:00. G'day, recently I got a job that is overnight which means that I sleep the majority of the day, meaning I have little to no time to be on the server anymore. I won't be leaving per say, but I am resigning from staff because I can't keep up with the quota at this point. I will try to remain a decently active member on the server, but time will tell. I mean, if it was genuine advertising, then it's a ban. Howver, if it was a joke, and the staff who punished you also deems it a joke, then you should be good to go. Obviously I'm not staff, nor do I have jurisdiction on your sentence, however if you could provide a few more things to help your case (at least for me), I'd be happy to side with you on removing the punishment. Provide your playtime, confirm that you have never played/interacted with anything related to that server, and provide a little bit more background information on the situation. To all staff and members of GarnetGaming’s Military Role Play community. The day has finally come. At this point on the server I have lost my will to play. As some of you may have noticed, I have not been on in about a week. The reason is because I have played too much of the server day in and day out, and it feels as if I have lost my will to play. Description: Buff non-donor M3 Super 90 Reasoning: Give GB Breacher and seal tactical a better way to defend themselves. Both the GB Breacher and Seal Tactical come equipped with Grenades a pistol and a shotgun. The main problem with the classes is the shotgun, it sucks. It takes up to 3 shots to kill someone, has a extremely low rate of fire as well as only having buckshot ammo type creating a inibility to fight at medium to long range making the weapon effectively usless. Buffing the weapon would involve giving the weapon slugs and flehette ammo types as well as buffing fire rate somehow. Even though the class has grenades it does not compensate for the lack of range, damage, and fire rate. These classes need a buff.
