This is more of a general statement for anyone else applying, but one should not apply to see what other players think. Ultimately, the decision is up to me and/or the HR staff. Player's +1/-1 on the thread mean almost nothing to us if we don't personally view one as fit to be a staff member.

The only thing I would add to this is that I remember you asking for staff advice in game( when and how to apply) and the advice given was to wait till 150 hours/get to know the community better yet you purposely ignored that. -1

I've known of you and have interacted with you minimally from before when things were worse, but I'd definitely say that now you've changed for the better. You're extremely active and generous when talking, and I think you'd definitely make for a decent staff +1

+1. I’m going to say I’m not a fan of people who chargeback, I will say you accepted it, made retributions and have shown you moved on and you’ve definitely proven yourself in my eyes. You’re very mature, knowledgeable, dedicated to the server/community, and I really haven’t had a negative encounter with you. I see no reason why you shouldn’t get a fair chance to be staff. Tab menu works fine. I use tab menu to move my mouse to my second screen or if I am claim reports. It also faster than esc and pressing f3.

Hm, seems you take criticism well and I have seen you on and would love for you to be part of the staff team, considering your experience you should be doing sit on your own in no time +1

+1 From my time talking to you in game, I can tell that you put in time and effort into Garnet Gaming, and you only want to help out the Server. I honestly feel that from whatever happened in the past, you have improved and have put it behind you. Great fit for staff.

-1 . From what I can tell from in-game experiences you some pretty chill and nice but I feel that you could still maybe get more hours on the server. Also start to pay attention to what happens around you and try not to get carried away in things. Trust me, I know from personal experiences. Also try to get a better grasp of the rules of the server.

+1 and a referral You know that I've been hesitant and against you reapplying for staff due to the chargeback yet all my experiences with you been nothing but mature and helpful toward the server. +1 I was just talking about this exact thing with people on OOC today actually lol, didn't even realize there was a suggestion for it. I know Garnet doesn't really pay too much attention to suggestions and what not but if there was any suggestion I would love for it to get implemented it would be this one.

I feel like even though you did charge back 2 years ago you would make an amazing staff. With the charge back i know you repaid all the money and are quite invested in the server now. Your application is well written which is another plus. I feel like you would make a great addition to the staff team.

I have talked to you a little bit and you seem like a really nice guy. However, I think you need to interact with the community more. I would recommend participating in both RU and US sims, talking in different TS channels, and joining RU during some wars. This will allow you to connect with new people in the community. So I'm giving you a -1 for now.

Gonna be honest Magnus, I don't think you're ready. Since I've been back off reserves I consistently see you rdming and massing several times over with other lower ranking enlisted, and while you do stop when told, you just do it the next day. Give yourself more time to learn the rules and to mature, and you'll be aight. -1

Good guy, but I believe you're too new to start staffing. If what you say is true, taking your 72 hours and dividing that by the 8 hours you play everyday..you've only played for 9 days? I recommend taking more time to learn the inner workings of the server before you start trying to manage it. -1 from me, but good luck!

I agree with most people who say that it could limit the abuse of the glitches that uses jump. Also this addon could add immersion/roleplay onto the server because in real life you can only do so much of jumping until you get tired. +1

I simply have to agree with this post because it is an issue and most people do it on the server. It does get repetitive having to cqc people who constantly jump around and crouch jump over and over again and I think this is a good idea. +1

No punishment necessary. These things can be fixed pretty simply*, including fixing bhopping * I haven't tested this and haven't worked with these functions much before as I mostly do design but it could be solved by adding a hook on the SetupMove gamemode function. It's a predicted hook and as such will be on both the client and server realms, and with a simple check you could disable pressing the crouch button in the same jump if you have already pressed it once before and let go. Here is a potential solution in case Garnet or somebody else would like to solve this with Lua. It may be great that you "changed" and all, but it doesn't change what you did. There seems to be this idea that one can just keep applying no matter how bad they messed up, and eventually people will forget or just decide to give a chance. This sets a bad precedence that someone can do something really bad like chargeback and think "well, I can just do this now and come back a year later and things will be different." I, however, do not want to set this precedent. Sorry, you messed up big and now this is the consequence. As mentioned previously, be happy you can even play the server now.
