I know this might not mean much due to him being in my faction but I'll say it anyways. Fox started off as a US marine while I was in GRU, I always tried to get him to join because he was respectful and very calm. After he passed my tryouts he was always in TS and very active in game, always trying to lend a helping hand to everyone. He is someone who always will try his hardest to get something done. Even his short time in being in GB has never once been toxic or lose his temper. +1 from me

After a long delay due to numerous reasons, some of which are @shrimp almost dying and going to the hospital, myself getting in a car crash and spending time in the hospital, and other delays in part due to circumstances caused by covid-19, the event server finished getting set up over the course of the past week, and is ready to roll. It's now 7AM and Shrimp just got freed and went to bed, i'm still updating stuff for the time being, but there is likely going to be an event held for a random faction on this server tonight! WEAPON BALANCING Description: A rework of the current weapon balancing and categorization. All of you who have been regulars on Garnet Gaming have by now figured out that while I may hop on your room in Teamspeak/play with you in-game for a period of time, I generally refrain from building friendships with new people, and keep it strictly "business" and micro-manage the community/conflicts/disputes/reports between users on occasions,. Welp, there's a reason for this. I've been screwed over from thousands of dollars from staff/developers/players over the years who took advantage of my friendliness and provided incomplete work, with me allowing their real-life conflicts to seep into business matter, most notably with Bizzy having received hundreds of dollars towards the MilitaryRP missions system, only to leave me with incomplete/inaccessible work as he claimed mid-way through the job that Garry's Mod took a toll on his health saying 'I will be back soon' and never coming back. Well, today a new situation rose up. Ark, a DarkRP staff member who I considered to be a close friend was caught abusing his staff powers by @eXg-Buddha , and as such, was temporarily demoted down to Trial Moderator while he fixes his behavior. In retaliation, he began minging the server/spamming Buddha maliciously (mind you, he's in his 20s) He chargedback everything he had ever donated for on Garnet, and gotten offline. He later contacted me and explained the situation to me, I paraphrase "I didn't mean to harm you by charging back, I wanted to harm Garnet as a whole because I was demoted, but I will retract the chargebacks, you're my friend". I let a couple of days go by in figuring out where the situation goes, only to find out he had threatened to DDoS Buddha and banned everybody underneath him in our staff-only GarnetGaming discord, amongst other things, leading to me permanently banning him. He asked to have a conversation with me, claiming "the ddos threat were just an act of anger, and i'm sorry about the Discord" I let him know that until Buddha can verify he was not DDoS'd, and the chargebacks were indeed cancelled, I will not be speaking to him. He agreed to the terms and said he will contact PayPal. A few more days go on, and I see more chargebacks from him coming in, and I discover this chat conversation: So what's happening here? evidently out of nowhere, a Garnet player I built a close relationship with is going out of his way to invest his very own money into crippling Garnet Gaming financially, by abusing the PayPal chargeback system, where no matter how little is spent in a purchase (could be as little as $2) will cost me $20 in fees as some sort of 'processing/handling' fee. Reiterating again, somebody who I thought to be a close friend of mine is spending his own money to cripple myself and my hobby over a slight inconvenience of a demotion due to his own actions. The internet is a horrible place sometimes.

There are multiple things that need to be fixed with your application, especially the staff rules because you didn't read them good enough, thoroughly read through them again. Also I recently had a sit with you asking me if you could break a rule that wouldn't of been cool and could have gotten me in trouble, so on my side I am going to give you a -1, but I am not discouraging you from trying again maybe stay committed to showing the staff and community that you are a little more mature.

(include any proof): I used an alt that had VIP Mod bought for it to avoid the staff blacklist I had received a month or two prior. Before I state why my ban should be removed, I would like to clarify all the reasons I got banned/demoted in the first place. The primary reason for my punishment was I abused, by spawning in weapons for myself and others along with money, the weapons I spawned in were used for Mass rdming the server when it had over 50+ players on at the time. I also set a person to Super Admin for around a minute in which they spawned a Davy Crockett and blew up the server when it had 40+ players on it. In response to this, I was promptly Banned for a month and Demoted Fully to the rank of User. After the month was up and I was back on two players said they would buy me VIPmod if I got an alt as to which ended up happening, I joined the server on a VPN so that Garnet wouldn't recognize that it was me on the Alt who had VIPmod. Around 2-3 weeks later, I joined the ts and got pulled into a channel where Garnet asked if I was using an alt to staff, and I admitted to it, leading to my current ban. Why should your ban be removed?: For starters, I would like to say I fucked up, and I admit it. I realize all the chaos I put the server, staff and Community through, and I'm a dumbass for doing it. After I got banned, I noticed all the things that Garnet and the other upper management members had to fix because of me, from players Money to the weapons that were spawned in by me. I am deeply sorry for this and have realized that It was the worst thing I could have done when I was a super admin, as it took many hours to fix all the things I did. If you were to allow me back I know, I would never be trusted with any power ever again, and I don't blame anyone but myself as it was due to my selfish acts that I caused this upon myself in the first place

Listen it was rp, we were practicing, we went into a room so I can help them train at first then they started practicing fighting, it was outside of RP we were always playing our role, atleast I was. But since duals were broken and no officers were on to do the scrims themselves and host, people sometimes put it in there own hands I just don’t see how this is mass RDM as I didn’t kill “random people” and we were rping, yes maybe got out of hand for sure but no reason to ban 10 people.... honestly it could have been a outcome of like all the people who were doing it just get warned since like it wasn’t harming anyone else other than the logs.

You are wrong. Even consensual RDM is RDM. RDM isn’t just killing without reason. RDM is killing outside of RP.

This was already handled in-game by staff. @proggy @Chase @Buddha Just a FYI the Reportee was banned by console for a day for reaching warn limit after he Diss'd in sit.

Gildarts is no longer staff, he can no longer give referrals... -1 In your other application, which shouldn't have been accepted imo, people told you to get well known. I don't think you've done this at all yet. You seem to still hide in the 2GA TS channel and not branch out. I don't know about RU factions, but I know in most US factions people don't know who you are. Please, and ill say this again, get well known on both sides. This will allow people to actually meet you and you will be able to show them your maturity. I recommend branching out from 2GA as a way to do this, but that is not necessary.
