Yea so, pretty much with just graduating high school and moving soon for college, I can't be active anymore. I realized when finishing up my high school year, that I couldn't dedicate myself to the server anymore. I had a lot of fun playing DRP again and I'm glad I met the people I did. @proggy I hope you continue to do great things with Dark rp. Why should your ban be removed?: (The reason I made this ban appeal was that when I was helping Garnet make an anti-cheat, that he never implemented, he told me that I should make an appeal in the future and right now I believe that the MRP server needs as much help as it can get.) My ban should be removed because in the long time span since my ban appeal, I have done some rethinking and because I promise that I will never hack again on Garnet Gaming. I regret ever hacking on the server, and even though some people may argue that “I had a reason for hacking”, I still understand that hacking is hacking and it was selfish of me to do so and ruin the experience of others, and it was dealt with accordingly, I would have done the same to anyone else who did the same thing as me, but this is not the focus of this argument, the focus is that I regret doing it, and I know that “just because you regret it doesn’t mean that you deserve a ban appeal.” I understand that I understand that what I did is hard to give an edge to. But I want everyone to understand that I know I made a mistake, and I know I will never make the same mistake again because I have learned from it. If I get unbanned, I promise you I will absolutely never hack on the server again. I can say I have learned from my mistake. Here is the bottom line, I learned from my lesson and I won’t break the rules in such a way that I broke it last time.

I understand you two may have been or were very clearly against confirmed cheaters from returning, but it would be biased to allow only some of those people to return even though they've essentially done the same thing. And while I do agree with you, I disagree with this idea of selective punishment that causes many people to be treated differently when they really shouldn't be. It's also strange of both of you two to return after nearly two months to shit on both Buddha and Simone (in this case) after being absent from the MRP community both in-game and on forums. And the same goes for people who were banned for Toxicity and not just cheating - although those types of bans are more easily case-by-case compared to cheating bans, which should be more general and blanket. +1. As far as we know (based on what you've said privately and when it was clear that you were cheating), you weren't doing it for very long. A lot less than some others who have been unbanned and have also openly admitted to it. Like I just said above, it shouldn't matter and all parties should be banned, but since that isn't the case here I believe you should also be unbanned.

-1 Simone you’re a chill dude and fun to play with no doubt. But if there were any actual deal between you and Garnet I’d imagine he would’ve stepped in and unbanned you back on Chaharikar. Not to mention this seems like a blatant attempt to take advantage of a server “desperate” for pop. You decided to cheat, regardless of how long, and now you wait for a wipe.

+1 (Kinda) While I agree that ban appeals should be solely for if you were unrightfully banned. But this almost exact same situation happened not too long ago, where a certain individual had gotten banned for hacking, came back, helped get cheaters banned or made an effort to do so, and was unbanned by Garnet. I believe that if Simone also helped with this "anti-cheat" to get cheaters banned then he has corrected his wrongs. The only reason I think that this ban appeal might be "iffy" is because I don't know what Garnet deems as unbannable. Especially since the anti-cheat was never put in place, I can't say for sure on whether he truly believes Simone had benefited on the server. But Garnet had apparently told Simone to make this appeal so I'm leaning more towards his unban.

-1 Weren't you the guy who was caught hacking and then showed the clip of you hacking on the "resignation" post? And then you continued to act extremely toxic and childish on the thread. The way you left the community was not only toxic but extremely childish, and frankly I don't think you should be able to come back into the community, even if you say you've changed. Ban appeal are not for apologies, and quite frankly I can't believe this got so many +1's as it did. Here's the thread if anyone is interested, not sure if anyone's mentioned it yet: I fucking knew this was going to happen as well, it always does:

Simone got on and tested the anti-cheat for a bit, which hasn't seen much use. Pencil went out of his way to gather evidence and build cases against multiple cheaters that have been plaguing the community, thereby helping everyone and rightfully earning his unban after being offered the opportunity to do so. Don't compare the two.

On my phone right now ( Stork ), but your behavior on this post was extremely toxic. You showed no signs of remorse and actually thought it was funny to cheat! Had you just cheated and got caught, I'd be a little more lenient, but you clearly demonstrated you didn't care about what anyone thought, and that you were happy to go out with a bang. -1.

Not to start an argument, but I believe Pencil was unbanned for the exact same reason. I'd like to hear Garnet's thoughts on this though. +1 with this in mind.

Cheated for a Purpose to make the staff team look bad, as a member of staff. Secret I'm sorry, but that's pretty fucking retarded. You gotta think about how he's gone about things this entire appeal. Firstly - Cheated to make staff team look bad to.... Who exactly? Secondly - This Appeal, he said he had the same deal as Pencil when Pencil straightup came and said "No we didn't, We tested the Anti-Cheat for literally a day, My Deal was that I caught Hackers and Pulled a 6ix9ine" Thirdly - It has come to light that he was caught Ban Evading. Fourthly - Manipulation Tactics: "The Community needs members, So bring me back so I can help with numbers yeah right yeah good idea right?" If Garnet had told him to appeal in the future, Why do it now? Why not a Month Ago when shit was still any semblance of stable?

Staying Neutral on this topic but I would like to put out to the public that Simone did come onto the server the morning/afternoon that bleach got unbanned and played on a marsoc wl as MARSOC PV3 Jackal. However, I will say that he wasn't doing anything harmful or bad for the server or anything relating to his original ban to my knowledge. Don't know if this will contribute to the decision of his unban or not just wanted to put this info out there. Good Luck.

+1 Has high community rep(not on forums, but in the community with many people), and I may get cringe reacted for this, but to be fair, he only hacked for like two weeks for a reason that came out to be true. Sure, hacking is hacking, but he still deserves a ban removal imo. Plus he helped out garnet and the server in some specific ways (anti-cheat) when he was staff. And other people got unbanned for similar reasons, why should Simone be treated differently?
