Description: All that I am suggesting is a simple change/fix to the Delta Force Tier classes. The changes are as follows: Change the Delta Force T3 class to have the P90, P99, Frag grenades, and then the M82A3 sniper rifle(Or the SR-338 sniper rifle). The reason for this change is that it would match our Vega Tier 1 counterpart as they have the VSS Vintorez, Tokarev, Frag grenades, and the JNG90. This is purely meant to balance out the T3 classes between Vega and 1stSFODD. Current Delta Force has the Scar Heavy and giving the Scar Heavy to Delta Force instead of a sniper doesn't really make a lot of sense because GB has been given the Scar and Delta Force has no other classes that have the Scar. Also, Vega recently has had the VSS Vintorez stats change to be made similar to the P90, so it would make sense to have the Tier classes also similar in layouts, just different weaponry. Below shows a picture of the Vega T3 and Delta Force T3. For the T3 class the VSS would match the P90 (Both SMG styled). P99 would match the tokarev (Both Pistols). Both classes receive frag grenades. Vega has the JNG90 and Delta Force would get the SR338 or the M82A3(Both Sniper rifles) For the second change, Delta Force is the only faction on the server to have its Tier 2 and 3 classes a limit of 2 players each while Vega, the Russian Counterpart, has unlimited. The change would be to have Delta Force's Tier Classes match Vega's Tier Classes and have unlimited slots, or make Delta Force and Vega each have 3 spots on each tier class to match every other SOC faction's Tier 2 and 3 classes. Below is a screenshot of the tier classes for V and DF. Vega has unlimited slots, DF has 2 slots making it the most limited on the server when it comes to the Tier classes. TLDR: Give Delta Force M82A3 or the SR338 instead of Scar Heavy. | Give Delta Force unlimited Tier Class slots to match Vega, or just have Delta Force and Vega Tier Class slots at 3 to match all other SOC factions.

my plans exactly desert ftw Accepted Myself and Garnet went over this not so long ago, it would primarily be used for map rotations but could potentially be used for community wide pre-approved events if that looks like it would work. for example; Omega is over run by Iraqi insurgents causing both RU & US to retreat, leading us to Chaharikar for a few days or whatever, while there we would both have numerous operations to carry out allowing us to regain power in the Omega region.

+1 It just seems like the most reasonable thing to be changed to match. Even though DF doesn't have that many members to match Vega, they still have members none the less. Was informed that DF has more active members than Vega, making it all the more reason to give T2 and T3 infinite slots.

As to give my side, since I am mentioned, at the time I was basing with this guy and ballparkfrank kept killling/rdming me, which I was perfectly fine with, and at the time as far as I knew after specifically talking with @kyler730 he was fine with it as well. However, as for the raid ballpark did after I was not involved with whatsoever. For those who are wondering if I also broke NLR, no I did not as ballparkfrank was technically rdming me (as I would not damage him until he damaged me for legitimate rp reason) HOWEVER THESE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH @kyler730 report other than why I was coming back myself, and as such I do not want to see him getting in trouble for killing me. I was perfectly fine with all the times he killed me, so even if he gets in trouble for nlr, do not hold him accountable for rdm on me as well, as that would not only be an entirely different report, but I was perfectly fine with it as well. I will not touch this report due to possible bias, however this is why Kyler is probably not reporting me as well, it is due to the fact I was not breaking nlr. Edit: @kyler730 we talked after, right before he raided and you didn't seem to have too much of a issue with it. HOWEVER, I could of read the situation wrong. I know you were fine with me (you wouldn't of let me in anyways otherwise.) Again, it is not my place in this appeal to make any sort of decision, I was just explaining my side from what I saw.

You brought a situation that was handled in game to the forums. A staff members say is a staff members say. plain and simple As for the NLR sure it was wrong to come back, it was litterally to kill Shin. Personally I feel like you two should avoid each other in each and every way possible, you also asked for my opinion in game and I gave you the explanation that from a staffs pov this is non malicious and is numerous hours later from when you made the report.

+1 He is very nice, friendly, and a chill guy in general. You seem to have a generally positive reputation within the community just by looking at other replies. You have a good drive and quite a beefy application, it’s very easy to tell that you really want to be a staff member and will apply multiple times if that’s what it came down to (although I doubt that will happen). Finally, you meet all the requirements and I hope you’ll be accepted!

In his defense for the SelfDMG, the new RPG-7, which replaced the Matador, has a higher damage radius I found out myself. Players need to learn the new safe zone for it. But because he is an RPG player shouldn't be your reason to downvote.
