-1 I don't think you're mature enough or ready to rejoin the staff team. Your resignation was timed very nicely after physgunning me while I was staffing, which was seeming to become a pattern towards the end of your last run as staff. Also, you make lies about me and spread them around for reasons unknown (attention? to annoy me? both?) I don't know many people who were removed from the staff discord after retiring because of their interactions. However, you're one of them. "I having a fear of people in more power talk to me about serious topics deiced to back out and say " right I do not feel comfortable talking about this is it okay if I resign? " If you have a fear of talking to people in power, the staff team might not be a fit for you. You need to be willing to listen and understand where you went wrong, not just run away the second confrontation is presented. This is probably the most major reason I chose to -1, your inability to listen to or respect the opinions of higher ups. Improving yourself isn't something that you can just do over the course of a few days. If we look back a week or two weeks, you're being toxic to players ingame and starting shit in OOC, calling people names, accusing people of being a child predator, etc. which isn't a good look for someone who's trying to apply to become staff in the near future. Instead of spending time on talking with people to win them over and attempt to change their mind, spend time actually trying to provide the positive experience like you say you will and let your actions speak louder than your words. Until I see you make effort to back up your claims in your staff app I simply can't believe them.

After talking amongst staff about a possible ROE change it would be best to ask the community also. Current ROE : Ist: Do not shoot unless fired upon. Only applies outside of war. Does not apply if you're on someone else's claim. 2nd: You may shoot anyone with explosives in their hands. Proposed ROE: US KOS Taliban with a weapon out. Unless its on a claimed Area. AFG KOS any US outside of base and not in a claimed area. Quickswapping will be enforced. With the the current POP of the server I have noticed and also what others have noticed is that newer players leave the server during peacetime when nothing is happening. With the proposed ROE change it would bring more players to the Taliban cause they have more freedom of what they want to do but also give players on both sides reasons to leave the base. I made a list in our staff discord of what they would think of a possible ROE change. Pros: Tali numbers would go up substantially as they would get more freedom to do whatever they want unless its a claim/base. Players when they join they want to kill people once they figure out they have a gun. This would allow people to kill other people and have a sense of realism on both sides. It would give a purpose of patroling spots on the map and have the chance of being ambushed and a sense of an actual MilRP scenario. People can act like civilians on the map instead of switching to the civ class. Making sure there is no chances of raids and being able to prevent them from raiding DB's before they get into the base. Cons: People would get killed outside of base. Will be hectic in sits possibly but we use logs to figure out most situations. Obviously there are more pros as this is something I mentioned awhile ago to staff so there is bias here so I'm asking for your help on possible pros or cons that I haven't listed and how you guys think it would take affect.

I already replied, but this is in relation to the test that just happened. This was actually amazing, the best way I can describe it is an event without any GMs, planning, or staff involvement. Just pure player base interaction, I haven't seen this type of passive RP and interactions in YEARS. I really hope this gets added for the future of MRP. Forgot to mention, when we did this, not once did the pop dip bellow 75 the entire peace time, and it was 12AM. Literally insane.

I entirely agree, the player interaction was exactly what I'd thought it would be. It was an amazing time, and honestly it's the most fun I've had in a long time on MRP. Player driven RP was at an all time high, amazing situations arose and it was overall a great time. Having it tested really solidified my agreement to this change.

Exactly. That's what some of our community members completely miss is that whether server pop is at 103 because of farms or "real players", there will never be 103 people visible all at once or even close, people will be afk, people will be in bases, and yeah some people like to walk around with some bubby buddies. Hell, at least half of the real active players you see everyday in the street don't farm, and may not have even based in years. There will be roughly 120-210 printers somewhere on the map everyday, all that determines who will be the richest is whoever is most content to sit behind those props like the fucking Alamo, sometimes for quite literally 2 full days at a time.

I would like to preface this by saying i do not recognize any of this as a competent piece of work, that being said- I have been playing music on this server for over a year now and everyone has been so supportive. It has really made me happy to sing and play for everyone and be able to chill and hang out. I like being the jukebox in the background for people. Despite for as long as I've played I never really cared or been able to try to record anything. My setup is a webcam from like 2009 and a Pokemon card tin that I sit on my X button to use push to talk so I worked with what I had. With all the jokes of soundcloud, spotify, and youtube I've caved and decided to catalogue some of the songs that I've enjoyed playing on the server and sharing some I've never played before. I have no personal experience recording, despite working around other people who did. I simply hit record and then exported the files lol. Description: Remove friendly fire that was added during war to prevent team damage and confusion. Reasoning: The addition of friendly fire in war from what I've seen since coming back to the server, has created a good amount of confusion. While the amount of team damage is greatly reduced, for someone who is a new player and isn't familiar with the playermodels might not know any better. With no indication of them being friendly even after shooting them if you don't know their faction's model, I've seen multiple instances of newer players still shooting at friendlies after they'd definitely be dead or after the friendly tries to show that they're not an enemy. Some of the models for SOC can be very confusing for new players and being able to shoot at someone friendly or not without them taking damage was at least how I personally learned the models. I think it would greatly benefit new players if friendly fire was disabled during war again.

I wont be as toxic as I was because I have not had a long ban like this before due to just not being how I was. I think I just didn't care enough about my spot on the server. +1 Change could really make peacetime have an actual purpose and make patrols an actual thing Adjusting above after the reported tests. 1. Snipers not be allowed unless you are in your own base 2. US must be in clearly defined patrols/guard runs before leaving the base 3. Tali must be in groups of 2+ and cannot just run out (2/3 go hand in hand to possibly deter people running randomly out of the base for the hope to kill and encourage RP scenarios.)

ACCEPTED The clip clearly shows faderet breaking NLR on multiple occasions. As a staff member, he should have known about the NLR rule. This is honestly embarrassing and I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience of that encounter in-game. Faderet will be talked to about this and actions will be taken so this doesn't happen again.

Reduce effective range of snipers so when near edge of render distance it doesn't instakill. This change could affect just the Mosin and Orsis so snipers on jobs for groups like Delta, Rangers, 11B and whatever has snipers on the AFG side maintain their effect while reducing the amount of insta killing, grenade toting, RPG shooting snipers while keeping said groups and WLs the same. TL;DR reduce effective range on dono/credit snipers to reduce the amount of instant kills from edge of render from random people on a medic or rifleman WL.

Im a little confused by this rule. Like I think it should only apply for Afghan outside US base and US outside Afghan base. Where if anyone has weapons out they can kill the other people for being outside of there own base with a weapon out. Its confusing where Tali can just RDM you for being solely outside of your own base. ima -1 this cause I feel like the Tali part encourages too much RDM and US killing Afghan anywhere because they have a weapon out will also encourage RDMing. I think the ROE should just be limited to enforcing the other force having a weapon out outside your base

( I wrote this out because people were making assumptions about it ) Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] You should choose me over many other applicants for many reason's. One I have a lots of experience on the server with over 2000+hrs on the DarkRP server alone. Two I am a very fast learner/Adapter so no matter the situation I will be able to deliver my best to people.
