That’s literally how a manager acts. Remember when proggy raided someone because they weren’t taking sits and everyone thought it was funny instead of saying proggy is an a-hole? You of all people should have been able to see what happens when staff abuse goes unattended. Dude should have just bailed him and asked questions. Lest others start checking in on prisoners the same way too. But you calling glorb an a-hole is just you being smooth brain. Glorb literally hasn’t changed since manager, if you actually knew him you’d know he’s always been a good staff manager even before he was manager. That’s literally why he got the position. This is like a robber calling a cop an asshole for arresting him. Especially since you’ve always been in trouble.

I am very keen to be able to help out the staff team to be to make the server enjoyable and overall fun for people to play. During my time on Garnet ,as I have a different time zone to most players when I'm online there very often isn't any staff members to take sits and this sometimes lead to players having a bad experience as there are some people that ruin the experience for other players. I'm very active on the server in fact I could say that I'm on basically every day and I love helping out new players and guiding them on how to play and teach them the very fun experience that garnet gaming can offer. when it come to the rules of garnet gaming over my time I have been put in a variety of scenarios on garnet gaming which has helped me a lot to understand the rules better and overall have a better understanding on the garnet gaming system. It was less the punishment, more the petty attitude that I got from the situation. I don't want to drag the guys' rep into the mud but in the moment I felt like he just did not want to handle it in any way but just booting me off the class. I might have overreacted but the last straw is the last straw, on top of the fact that my motivation to even be on the server has been at an all time low.

A few players have been suggesting I apply over the course of a few weeks or had thought I was staff.Past experiences as staff: I was a Lead Server Admin (equivalent to a GG Manager [Server & Forums]) for a Counter Strike Source server for 3 years, total admin time on the community for about 5 years. Handled bans, un-bans, admin training, forum management, etc. If by chance, you've seen me use my (counter) bind in game, I do have over 4000hrs in CS:S mostly just from being an admin. Why should we choose you over other applicants? I would like to say that firstly I know how difficult it can be to moderate and administrate a community, having done it for a number of years in CS:S. I have quite a lot of patience in cases that arise, and it's easy for myself to keep cool under circumstance. I find that I am able to understand the rules quite well, and follow them accordingly. I think overall, I've been quite engaged with people on the server and have had positive experiences with most. I have no active beef, or grievances with players and would (uncomfortably) say that I get along with everyone I play with. I certainly have some rust on me since departing CS:S in 2019, but GMOD (specifically GG) has sparked that interest back into me to dive back into moderation and to help the player base. Primarily I feel the most compelled to be part of a community by contributing more to a place I enjoy to play and to be able to help newer players. I was fairly new to DarkRP earlier this year and found the community helpful in letting me learn new things with GMOD and want to give back more to the community. I've been assisting newer players showing them building tips, how to use aspects of the prop menu, and also tips with the rules and jobs. Obviously, I don't need to be staff to continue doing this however being able to help players when they're getting frustrated with something (RDM, MPB, minge laws, etc.) is something I would like to be able to further assist with for the community. I would think that overall, players can get frustrated when they're tying to play the game in a fair way and others are preventing them from doing so. Keeping the game fair and fun for the server is important especially to keep new players sticking around in the server. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? No GG bans on any server. Im not going to throw you -1 reacts by any means because I think you’ve done some great work for sure and I’m sad to see you go, you’re a great guy. But it sounds like you made a small mistake of entering a base without a report just based on what you’ve said. Glorb is a DRP manager, not just a SWRP player, and a well respected one at that. If he set your job as a subtle reminder then I totally agree and he’s been lenient in fairness to you, we all make silly mistakes even with good intentions. I’ve messed up before too, I’ve been set to staff on duty a long time ago to help take reports where I wasn’t, and I’ve learned and progressed from it, and now do the same to others, not to be mean but so they learn the same lessons I once did. Don’t be put down, you’re still great and nobody will judge you by one small mistake mate. It’s awesome that you care and it’s a shame you’ve left over something so minor, if that’s all it was. But it’s your decision at the end of the day, and I just hope you’re doing ok and that things work out well for you

(include any proof):So I get a call from my girl about a half hour ago and she's telling me that she went to login to gmod after I told her to just leave it alone. She said she feels bad because ive been talking about my ban alot since it happened. I had told her she can play BeamNG on her acct like we agreed and now come to find out she's telling me shes even more sorry because she got me banned for a year. This is absolutely crazy but im hoping yall can fix this. She's banned from my damn pc now that i cant trust her with my games . She said only reason she did it was because she wanted to find me a way back on the server even when i told her fuck it ill wait it out. Why should your ban be removed?: Im at work still about to get off break now actually so i hope we can make something better because my situation has only gotten worse. Thx for looking over my appeal I work overnight as security for the same hospital my girl works at. Can this please be taken seriously as soon as i get off i will PM anyone who needs proof my discord and my girl will explain why she thought it was a good idea. i will of course also be there but i cant think of any other proof.
