  1. In-game name: ARC Advisor Havoc Age: 19 SteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:0:220893720 Warns: None Timezone: CST Playtime?: | ARC Advisor Havoc has played for 217:05:22. Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: [YES/NO] Yes Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?:[YES/NO] Yes Referral(s): [What administrator recommended you to apply?] Horse, Colt, Bingus, Jones, Splicer, Quads Past experiences as a Game Master: [Optional] MRP x2 DRP x2 (DRP events were jus TDM/maze/ hide n seek) Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] You should choose me over other applicants because of the experience I have being a gamemaster in the community. I have well over 1000 hours GMing on MRP where GMing was sort of… lackluster and we had to improvise and adapt to the tools we were given. The experience I have on MRP shows through how I have played on SWRP I have been pushing for specialties to be used more in off worlds and passive RP. This goes first hand with the MEDRP I have been doing and pushing to do in events. I know I ended my GM career on an extremely bad note but I acknowledged the fact it ended badly and I understand why it had happened. I was a good GM but not a good H.GM I wasn’t ready for the role and it led to my GM team going down hill and the quality of events going down. I will do better this time around and will be able to prove that if I was given a chance. I also will look for criticism and seek it out to try and improve events, I am not a star wars expert meaning I am new to this type of setting I will have to learn a lot from others. I will take in any and all knowledge I can get about Star Wars and will use that to improve my events by making them more lore accurate. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details was banned for cheating in 2020 appealed then got community banned in 2023 then appealed and recently came back How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 4+ hours each day In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: To keep the retention of players by making and creating events that utilize all the tools presented to the GM and to make sure players have fun. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I would be pushing for more passive RP during times where no off world/on world is happening IE an IFT-X got busted up during a expedition and now Engineers need to fix it up or do something for medics to try and treat cause right now only selective few passive RP events happen. Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: I believe my single most creative idea is that the specialties in the different certifications should be used more in events. We have a dozen different specializations all focused on different things yet we don’t use them… why not? We should allow the Mechanics to work on vehicles and the technical people to work on consoles etc. Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation] This would take place on gm_vyten Operation Dolos The NCC holotable rings and it gets picked up. Who calls? It’s FLEET CM M. Grant he's come to task the 34th battlegroup with a mission to the icy place of vyten. There's been some distress calls from a local settlement there saying “shadows” are taking out their settlers and that the CIS are moving onto the planet and slowly taking the settlements over. So the 34th are sent there and they meet some CIS patrols nothing too big but then they come across small little villages of settlers all sort of... broken and blood all over the place as if a slaughter happened... They need to investigate what happened to the settlers. While they are investigating the settlers seem to become terrified almost as if they see something in the distance while they are talking a settler drops to the ground with a blaster wound in the chest. The 34th all turn to where the shot came from and all they see is a dark mandalorian figure disappearing into the snowy fog... They must find the culprit and put a stop to the CIS and the mandalorians on this planet. They must fight like hell though the mandalorians seem to be everywhere all at once... They find a small droid FOB being defended by a lot of CIS forces something is in there that they don't want the Republic to find out. After clearing out the FOB the find a datapad with some information on it although it's sorta corrupted. It reads "Need reinforcements at crashed venator coordinates *******" The 34th have recently gone on a mission to a crashed venator which recently fell back to CIS control. Could it be the same? The 34th exfil back to the RAC Resolute where they go swiftly back to the crashed venator. This is where the map would change to the venator While they are leaving the planet and getting into open space they are attacked by a CIS munificent the 34th MUST win this ship battle to make it out of alive all battalions are fighting tooth and nail to get out until Navy decides to send a boarding party to set up a bomb in the control room and get back then slip space the hell out of there. The 34th are chasing this new intel until they get to the end of it. Mandolorians and CIS working this tightly together? Something important is in the midst... 2ND OFF WORLD IN THIS CAMPAIGN Operation Flood... Map would be set to rp_vanqor_sbs This event would be directly after the 1st event ITS A CAMPAIGN!!! The 34th are sent here to this crashed venator but everyone remembers how they had to fight here because of OPERATION NOSE-DIVE but nevertheless they are here again chasing after some intel they got off some datapad. The 34th are set up in the FOB on the planet and they can see CIS forces all around the crashed venator. They gotta clear them out. While they are clearing them out they start to see the ground in front of them sort of shift around as if something is crawling out.... the creatures they fought during "NOSE-DIVE" are back! They start attacking the 34th forcing them to shoot and move to the bunker that is now all full of mold making clones seal their suit. While the clones are slowly making their way into the bunker they start to get a static on their radio that seems to be a device causing it. They finally make their way into the bunker and they find the device blipping it's in the hands of a dead scientist... well a decomposing scientist its another comms device and there's another console nearby seems to be some important information on it. The bunker starts to shake violently forcing the 34th to transfer the intel quickly and get the hell out of there once they make it top side they are surrounded, they radio in for a hot evac LAATs come in hot the 34th scramble and get out of the area before the bunker explodes underneath them. Seems to be a self destruct sequence in the bunker that got triggered, no idea how... They have to go back to Anaxes and decipher this intel they got... MAP SWAP TO ANAXES 3rd Event 1ST PART Operation Aries Now back on base with the intel in hand when they get back into base and JUST start to relax a tiny bit a CIS munificent comes into orbit and starts HAMMERING Anaxes base and drops Pods and enemy armor on the runway. ALL hands are on deck with people scrambling to decipher the intel and troops manning the main hangar bay to keep the CIS back they seem to be extremely determined to take over the base I wonder why... after awhile the people deciphering the intel finally get through but only some of the message is seen the only words seen are "ALL OF ANAXES WILL BE OURS GOTO FACTO-" then it cuts off after that... Seems to be something big planned happening at CIS Anaxes the 34th MUST go and investigate CIS Anaxes to deal with this problem once and for all. 2ND PART The wounded from the base attack are sent to medbay to heal up, the rest are grabbing ammo and more equipment getting ready to ship out to CIS Anaxes where an insurmountable force is waiting for them. They arrive to CIS Anaxes where there is a Munificent in the sky and what appears to be an extremely large hostile force gathering at the factory. The 34th group up and start moving towards the factory. The CIS are fighting them like hell. Something important is there, I just don't know what it is yet. They get to the outside of the factory where they hear an open comm of "STOP FIGHTING" all the droids back up into the factory and the 34th see some figures walk out of the hangar bay seems to be... a CIS Commander and sith? Behind them is an artifact of unknown origin... but seems to be emitting a wave of "force energy". The Commander yells out for the head of the operation where the Commander offers a deal. a duel between his Sith and the Republic's Jedi whoever wins gets to win the battle fair and square. Now its up to the GC if they will be dueling for the win or will they fight to the death. All the troops are antsy and stressed... it's up to GC now... END OF MINI CAMPAIGN 4TH EVENT Operation Halla’ rov Map would be set to gm_marsh NCC Holotable starts to ring…. It’s FLEET CM M. Grant with another mission for the 34th a settlement went dark on the planet of Mimban their last recorded call was “Shadows killing us send help” the 34th set off immediately to the planet not wasting any time. They get onto the planet and set out clearing the area only some CIS patrols are around but the troops are reported to see shadows move in the fog… almost as if something is watching them. When they are clearing a house they hear a blaster go off and see a clone drop everyone is antsy. They look around and look for an enemy but don’t see any droids or anything. Then they hear on an open comm that they took someone from the 34th; it appears to be a 327th Talon Squad as the mystery man says they want the 34th to leave the planet and not come back. The 34th are looking around for them but they only come across a bunker of some sort… When they enter all they see is some mandalorian gear strung about. Seems to be a hideout of some sorts the deeper they go into the bunker they find the mando’s and their hostage, it’s a stand off of sorts. The Mandos wanna get out alive and the 34th wants the Talon Squad member… What will happen? Who knows… whatever happens on their way out the 34th gets attacked by CIS drop pods and BX droids who are heavily trying to stop the 34th but the 34th prevail and get out alive. 5TH Event rp_betaworkshl2 Holotable starts to ring… FLEET CM M. Grant is on the other side calling once again for the 34th to help him out with a situation. CIS have taken over betaworks all of it. Besides a small FOB that is still under Republic control but its losing men fast and the 34th need to get there fast and help reinforce the FOB. The 34th load up and get to the planet setting off fast but they take shots from a ridgeline. The smoke makes it hard to see they are fighting in what feels like Vietnam. It is extremely hard to take out the CIS in front of them but they must prevail and make it to the FOB. They get to the FOB and there are a few troopers left; they have to reinforce the FOB until they are able to get more reinforcements from the 54th battlegroup. They hold the droids off wave after wave but then are informed of a 2nd bunker near the base in a cave with some valuable intel that needs to be wiped from the database. A task force is sent there and they clear out the bunker and get the intel back into Republican hands. Reinforcements arrive the 34th start to load up into their LAAT until the CIS strike again. One of their LAATs get shot down and they have to land and clear out the CIS again and tend to their wounded inside of the FOB. They need to get EVAC ASAP the RAC Resolute comes to their aid and starts to help them out with close air support and LAATs to get them the hell out of there. Once everything is clear they get into LAATs and quickly move out back to Anaxes. I know I am back even though I said I wouldn't be back but honestly.. I am having too much fun on SWRP and I wish to become a GM and work with some people

  2. In-game name: Noctua Age: 18 SteamID (https://steamid.io/): 76561198367192278 Warns: None Timezone: CST Playtime?: 2 days Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: [YES/NO] Discord, but yes Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?:[YES/NO] Yes Referral(s): [What administrator recommended you to apply?] Daph mentioned me during the leadership meeting, and both Python and Rook have vouched for me Past experiences as a Game Master: [Optional] A different server with a similar concept. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe I should be chosen as a GM because I believe I could help improve the events that are commonly performed. I believe my input could help make events more engaging for players, as well as more interesting from a lore standpoint. Furthermore, I'm incredibly active and would likely be online on a regular basis. There's a lot of events that start late or are not done because no GM wanted to take it, and I believe I could help fill in those gaps. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: No. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: More than I should. As much as I hate to admit it, I've been on pretty much every day since I joined. In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: Managing events, RP sessions, and helping any organized occasions be fun, interesting, and complete. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I can provide creative and unique responses to rolls made, as well as helping expand upon the lore the server has been building. Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: A plague. A sickness throughout the base that can cause hysteria, similar to rabies, that will make people violent and aggressive. Lots of Brig and Medbay RP. A follow up to the event that occurred on 2/16/24, with the assumption that the quarantine was not fully effective. Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation] 1. Aforementioned plague event. The plan is to have it be considered an on-world, where certain members choose to be ECs. The ECs are clones playing as themselves. They'll be hostile towards any non-infected member in the base, and the goal of the event is for the non-infected individuals to CAPTURE, not kill, the infected individuals, and to help cure them in the Medbay. This would lean heavy into Medbay and CG roleplay, though all members are able to help subdue infected individuals. On top of this, any person who is in contact with infected people without ensuring the suit is sealed will become infected themself, should they be willing to comply with the event. This would take place on Anaxes. 2. A raid happened on the Venator. By the time we react, there are droids throughout the ship. Spawns are randomized. Take back the ship. The goal is to push out from the deepest parts of the ship to the MHB, from there setting up a defense like a normal Venator stay. Having the elite squads, possibly including all of 327, raid the opposing ship to set charges would signal the end of the event. A CIS Commander EC, as well as a few "elite droid" ECs would be recommended to make the raid on the opposing ship harder. Furthermore, to make it more interesting, some form of PK is active on the other ship. This would make the event more dangerous, and therefore, more interesting. This would take place on the Venator. 3. Some "new clones" have joined, but something about them is suspicious. Basically, CIS spies infiltrate, and it's a game of "who's who" while people end up dead or missing. Imagine Among Us, but Star Wars. The idea is to fake a FPK for the people who choose to be the ECs for this event, and/or build off of anyone who "dies" during Event 2. This would mean they'd restart as Privates, making them "new clones" without making their high server time suspicious. This would take place on Anaxes. 4. A mission where all attack battalions create as large of a distraction as they can while raiding a base, in an attempt to draw all/most droids out of the area to defend. The sneakier battalions sneak inside to rescue a VIP, collect data, plant bombs, or whatever else the action of the day is. For this mission, I was considering using the WWII map that was used recently for the stealth mission. Potentially having the Main Spawn building be an area of interest would be unique. Having two mission targets would split forces and require coordination between battalions. Potentially, having ECs who are assassination targets or hostages, and therefore the goals of the events, in said buildings could make things interesting. 5. Bombs have been planted in the base during event 3, which aren't discovered until later. There's an hour (or however) long timer. All members must search the entire base for the bombs (which are actual props) and call EOD to defuse. Worst case scenario, a non-EOD has to try to defuse a bomb out of desperation. During this, there would be ECs who are prisoners in the Brig who escape. These could be from Event 4. They're actively causing chaos and killing clones, so not only is there the pressure of defusing a few bombs on a time limit, there are hostiles within the base that need to be taken care of. Thank you for reading through my GM application.

  3. In-game name: RCTL SGM 1507 Julian Age: 20 SteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:1:184668703 Warns: 0 Timezone: GMT-6 (Chicago) Playtime?: 207 hours Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: YES Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?: YES Referral(s): Sam, Daph, Nutter Why should we choose you over other applicants? Well for starters Id like to imagine my track record is very well known, especially under those who make the decision on whether I will become a GM or not, over and over do I try to prove myself to be the best version of myself but more importantly even without the rank of GM do I try to give everyone around me the best experience in the game by having so far provided a fully completed Coruscant Guard Handbook with new formats, new rules, new formations and even new internal medals for a sense of better reward. I give it my best all the time every time and that has been seen clearly, I see no reason on why I wouldn't give the same amount of effort into my events as a Gamemaster. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? Not where it matters. How much time do you have to contribute to the role? Right now? Full-time hour on the hour some sort of passive, in a month probably not as I start new work but that wouldn't stop me from giving at least 2-5 hours to the server daily In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: Its a Gamemasters responsibility to provide a fun atmosphere for the players at all times, especially when it gets boring, they should always try their best to keep numbers and activity up and don't force players going AFK cause of boredom, they have the responsibility of being creative, being able to do events that don't rely on simple attacks, write storylines and engage the entire server into a fun activity whether it is boarding, or yes a simple attack or also something much deeper. They have the responsibility of being mature, as to not abuse their powers, as to give back and use their powers for other battalions to have better trainings and give the entire server better simulations besides just doing events. To put it in one sentence, a GM's responsibility is the server. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I would ensure a roleplay-friendly attitude at all times but I would go above and beyond of what I have seen already, sometimes I truly believe some battalions get forgotten during events, that they can't use their battalion role for an event, that when we are on the Venator the only action we see is right in MHB. I wanna truly expand roleplay, I want every battalion to feel special during my events, to have the feeling that they matter and that without them the event wouldn't be possible, and they will feel that way because my events will 100% require each at the time current battalion to show off their special skills. Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: I don't think I have one big creative idea but Ive played around with many small ones in the past that I personally already had the pleasure with talking to Garnet, we have discussed the addition of battalion-bound companions, for example, CG would receive a massiff or ARC and ARF Troopers a drone, Engineers a little Astromech, whatever it may be. One thing I would also personally love to see the addition of a better travel system when it comes to entering outposts. 5 Unique Events Operation Celestial Electroshock The base is hailed by a Republic Advisor on Coruscant, inside of NCC he will explain the situation, A Republic Scientist developed a special weapon under the codename of Celestial Electroshock, this weapon was able to disable every single electronic device including weapons located on a planet for a small amount of time, the scientist has been captured by CIS Forces and is now stranded on Onderon where he is kept hostage. Main Battalions in the Events storyline will be 104th and CG for obvious reasons. Once Troopers arrive on the planet they will need to clear the CIS Forces and move the the CIS Base, breach it and look for the CIS Officer that has taken the Scientist hostage. Once found, 104th and CG will start negotiations and try to get him out safely, this can end in two ways, the scientist may be rescued and evacs safely or he cannot be saved and the weapon may fall into enemy hands meaning the Republic has lost a very strong weapon. Anaxes Blockade The Anaxes Base has picked up strange signals over the planet's atmosphere when all of a sudden it is reported that CIS Forces are attempting to build a blockade on the planet to stop future deliveries and trooper transports from going through and leave our base stranded. The entire base is ordered onto the Venator for direct combat against the attempting blockade. The tiny CIS fleet will consist of two Munis, Droids will attack the Venator via drop pods the entire time, and they will attempt to breach the bridge and other important sectors including all generators onboard the ship, bombs may be placed if the droids are successful in doing so, as the tactical droid takes part in a boarding party there are about two ways this might end. In the first ending the tactical droid gets killed after his surrender, which would mean there are no further actions and the blockade has been stopped for now. The second option is that the tactical droid is actually being taken into custody and moved to the brig, if that happens, another group of Commando Droids will board and attempt to rescue the Tactical Droids while disguised as Clone Troopers, when the moment is right they will perform a hostile takeover of the Brig and free the droid while attempting to flee. The Decision As the Clone Wars continues, more planets are forced to choose a side between the Republic and the CIS, a large planet filled with factories and ports that has decided to choose the Republic as their ally is now under attack from the CIS for choosing the Republic and therefore ending all current trade deals with the CIS and its affiliates, under fire the planet experiences heavy civilian losses and constant air strikes. As we hear these news and are being ordered to assist in freeing the planet we board up onto the Venator for the rescue, once arrived we meet heavy fire from the Muni which is stationed above the planet. To avoid confusion, yes quick Venator RP will happen before we even land on the Planet this time, once the Muni has been destroyed we are clear to enter the atmosphere and start our ground attack. On the ground we meet with the current stationed Clone Officer and his one remaining man. They brief us that the main spaceport of the planet has been taken over by droid forces with Civilains inside, our mission is to clear the city path and rescue all civilians and finally head back home, during the mission we may encounter several commando droids. The 3 Day War This Event is unironically split into 3 actual real days. Each day will have one Off World Event from the War, this will mean three full days are going to be utilized for this story, not just for story elements but also to have larger engagement from players. Day 1 The Beginning of the End Briefing, The Base gets a transmission, Tarkin appears, he reports... 3 Months ago, a planet fell to the hands of the CIS; one month ago the Droid Army managed to breach the last sector before entering what is left of Republic Control, the Planet splits up in 4 Sectors total Republic Control Sector The Forests (CIS Control) The Capital (CIS Control) CIS FOB Sectors named Aura Republic Forces have been pushed back all the way to our sector, it seems all is lost and we are their current last hope, so the Base officially enters the war. Day 1 is simple, find out the locations of the bases on the FOB Sector and attempt a take over, players will have to eliminate the enemy outpost while defending their landing zone, ground command must utilize all resources he has to ensure the survival of the troops and the victory of the first day. Once completed, the first district and its bases have been taken over. Inside one of the enemy bases, Troopers will find data, giving out locations of bases from all other sectors, including information on a republic hostage kept in the capital city. (Once each War Day is over, we may return to the Venator and back to the base, I wouldn't want everyone stuck on a venator for 5 days just because of this event) Day 2, The Forests After securing the FOB Sector, the Republic now has straight access into the forest which leads into the capital city, no new orders has been given, with the information from Day One, Troopers are now aware of a base right ahead of them, and the goal is the same as before, win the war, Troopers make their way through the forest, exploring the new location they have unlocked, not too long after, they find a large entrance to the base but are met with heavy blaster shots coming out of the trees and from the base, its an ambush! Once the ambush wave has been cleared they make their way into the base where they meet CIS Leader Hpad, a humanoid CIS Leader in charge of the forests, upon meeting the Troopers, he closes the surrounding gates of the base and lets loose his secret weapon... a Marsh Rancor comes out of the shadows and starts attacking the Troopers, fearing for their life they fight and eventually kill the monster opening a path into the base, where they are meant to secure (or kill) the CIS Leader and retrieve any data there is. Once the Base has been captured, the Forests are now under Republic Control, clearing the path for the last and final mission for tomorrow... the Capital City. Day 3, The Capital With FOB Bases and The Forest being under Republic Control it is now time to take back the Capital City and once and for all scare away the CIS. Entering the City through LAATs, the Troopers are met with heavy fire having to defend the Landing Zone first before moving forward, the rest up until the end is pretty basic, locate the hostage, locate whoever took him and clear out the City. Business as usual. Once the building with the hostage has been found it is revealed that the person who captured our hostage is a feared Mandalorian Bounty Hunter, one last stand off with him and the mission is as good as over. When leaving the base, a droid assassin will attempt to take back the hostage one last time and that is it. And for my final Event Lost Luggage. A normal Day on the Base as suddenly we hear two Naval Officers cry for help in Open Comms as their LAAT seemingly crashes somewhere on the base confirmed by a large explosion heard throughout the map, right away a search and rescue party is assembled and order to move out by ground and air locating the crashed LAAT. Once found, they will find that one of the two Naval Officers has passed away but not why you would think, a big knife is stuck in his chest, the other Naval tries to explain that the knife fell on him while they crashed but clearly that's not what happened, an Investigation began and while the other Naval Officer is being transported back to the base he explains that his backpack was lost during the crash, inside the backpack were important blueprints documenting entrances and codes to several important Republic Bases. While some stay at base, ensuring the safety of the surviving Officer, others are at the crashed LAAT looking for evidence into what caused the death and crash while the remaining units look for the lost bag which is placed somewhere around the map. While CID and SOB conducted their investigation on the crash site it is revealed that the LAAT did not malfunction but was in fact purposefully crashed manually, the knife has no fingerprints or anything else but it is a republic-issued weapon, with an ID Code that is connected to the surviving Officer. Back on Base when presented with evidence, an interrogation may start. While that happens, the search party has either found the bag or is still looking, if they found the base, drop pods will be released onto the base and commandos will attempt to gain access inside the base, if they are still looking then the search party will be ambushed with drop pods while commandos will still attempt their way inside the base, but disguised. It is then revealed in the interrogation that the Naval Officer is in fact a spy for the CIS who wanted those plans for himself, at that point the Commando Droids will attempt to breach Brig and get him out of there as well as grab the plans if they are able to. This can end in three ways, Commandos down and spy captured and sent to coruscant for punishment, commandos and spy down or they escape with or without the plans.

  11. Major +1. Fetn is always trying to set up trainings or fob patrols and trying to give players something to do! Usually needs the help of a GM to get them done, so it makes sense to me he wants to join the GM team.

  15. I 100% agree with horse on this one, I’ve seen the events fetn has done on MRP and played in them too. Probably the most fun I’ve had on that server at the time. He manages to not let his events get derailed and instead works with what the players want to do. I love the way he GMs as imo I have a very similar style as him so there’s some bias on that lmao but definitely +1 he’d make a amazing GM and is definitely worth picking up

  16. While MRP gm’s are often criticized for their non-serious and PVP based events fetn stood out amongst that stereotype and as a H. GM developed the most experienced GM team for the server. I have seen a complete 360 in terms of his attitude on the server and his dedication to making an RP rich environment. He has been a great medic and engineer and became RANCOR probably quicker than 90% of the server. I can’t wait to be working side by side with Fetn to push out some amazing campaigns. +1

  18. not sure if im right on this, might be just some source engine folkstory you hear, but wasnt dark rp called "Dark RP" because it was after HL2 Deathmatch's "Light RP"? I dont think "Dark RP" necessarily means dark humor.
