+1 I think Computer would be a good addition to the staff team, you've always been a good laugh in my own experiences and you show a true care for wanting to help the team. You do currently have one active warn, I'd generally say it's best to allow active warns to expire (it's only 2 weeks of good behaviour) but otherwise all of your prior-bans are from a long time ago, so there's no issues there. You have some great referrals and prior experience on the team which is awesome, and so I wish you the best of luck! Just reading through some of the other responses here which I thought were a bit surprising: The training is essentially the same as it was previously, albeit with some updated / reworded questions during the interview stage to reflect the current server rules and changes, and without the need for TeamSpeak. Everything else remains the same from the trainees perspective, just as it was when both of us were previously managers. I think if you had any ideas / criticism then it's worth putting them forwards to the managers / HR Director for them to actually be considered. I don't think it's helpful to tell prospective staff members that the training system is "totally out of line". It's actually always been the case that if someone fails both training attempts, they are then removed from the team and have to re-apply (albeit normally after X number of days so the applicant can study). It's been this way since I first joined the staff team years ago and remains the same to this day. However, under previous management things were a lot more relaxed - instead of ensuring potential new staff members where knowledgable by having them pass a test, they were essentially assisted through that stage under the directions of those who were previously running the server. It goes without saying that this wasn't indicative of high-quality staff. Under current management though, this is back to being properly enforced again to ensure the quality of staff remains high. Remember that failing isn't a bad thing, it shows application and even I didn't pass with flying colours myself, it highlighted areas that I need to focus on. The illusion that everyone passes easily and first time is the damage which has been left behind by those who chose not to properly enforce the system before.

Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum] in the current climate any raiding class can raid the bank vault. this makes the bank robber class redundant. because of these facts the bank robber class should be split into multiple for example the payday gang. adding these classes for the payday gang/bank robbers would then allow for normal raiding classes to no longer be able to raid bank vault. only the bank robbers would be able to raid bank vault as a solo or in a group (3-4) on the bank robber class. as stated above the bank robber class could be changed to the payday gang from the payday series as the models are available on the steam workshop and with the ability to change the model for a job with the arrows above the model this can allow for multiple members of the gang to raid in differing models. Description: Remove the option to have a song continue to loop on the DJ radios. Reasoning: I've noticed that DJ's with radios are putting on the same repeating songs and AFK'ing for hours on end, I don't think this necessarily helps the RP of the specific role. Previously the DJ would have to play music over mic, which needs them to be present in game to do so and more so they would play different music. Now what I'm mostly seeing is DJ's play the same song continuously while not needing to even be present anymore. In some cases, because of some songs only playing 30 seconds there have been the same 30 second loop of a song set by a DJ who then leaves to go elsewhere. Since the radio can't be muted and can only be lowered to a volume of "1" in the context menu, it can still be loud if the DJ sets the radio to max volume and/or is a song with maxed volume. This mostly is resulting in the same songs, at large volume, being played in areas players normally gather in, with no ability to fully mute, thus becoming constant background media spam. For as good as an idea as it was to introduce radios, it has slightly started to become a hinderance to the role. There will be 3 DJ's AFK repeating the same song, while other players who may want to DJ resorting to now playing music on the mic outside of the DJ role that I have noticed more often than previously. The video below I just recorded, which shows how even with the slider at 1, and turning it up slightly how much you hear some songs. This one was also on repeat. Additional Information: No.

My five unique event ideas Event 1 Vault 19 (This event will be done on low pop) the 34th battle gets a call from the NCC holotable. the crewman tells the 34th that a planet that the republic is currently fighting for. all the troopers coming back for medical checkups are insane. and they need the 34th battle group to investigate the battlegrounds to see what's happening to them. once they arrive at the planet, they will move into the bunker, and once they enter, the doors will close behind them (TP will be set up). Now that they are in the bunker, they will have to roll to resist going insane and will see and hear things that are not there, and there will be rocks in the way of paths (in RP are not real) they will need to follow the fake voices and people to a reactor and there will be a barrier, EC should say something along the lines of, you need all trooper to come together as one to walk through the barrier it's not real (it's real they have to blow it up) then they find out this place is here to research how to drive clones insane we capture him and CG/SOB do what they want. THE END Event 2 Rebels at the base a resistance group has taken a medical space station, and we have to take it back so wounded clones can get the medical attention they need. we go to the station and start clearing. Once they get to the main room, the leader, Taylor K. Busch, will be there, surrendering and turning off the self-destruct. it turns out the main group was just coming back from a scouting mission and we have to defend the main room so they don't destroy the space station. Once we are, he will be put in the brig. THE END Event 3 Taylors escape (this is a CG on-world) Once Taylor K. Busch is captured and in the brig, he will escape through a tunnel, and the CG will have to follow the tunnel and find him. Once they start moving through the tunnel, they will have to sneak past Rebels (No-target them, and if they make noise or are seen they get un-notargeted) once they sneak/shoot past they will be met by the leader leaving on a ship and a console, once they hack into the console it will say "With this new video of clones shooting people dressed as doctors our "information leak" will cause some real unrest in the republic" Now they can look around do some more RP.THE END Event 4 Traitors of the republic We follow a tip we got from the Coruscant guard that the rebel leader has escaped to Coruscant and we must him and stop him from broadcasting the footage. once we get to Coruscant, There will be protesters and Gangs, and we will receive a tip from a rival gang that one of the 3 gangs is supporting the rebels, and we need to find out which one. then the protesters will punch the Clones and tell them to go home. once the correct gang is found, they will breach the building and kill the gang and the rebels. then burn the information. THE END Event 5 For rock and stone The republic gets a call from a Mining corp. They want the republic to fight the CIS, who have taken their mine, and they want it back. Because it is one of the biggest mining companies in the republic, the fleet tells us to help them out. We go to the planet to fight the CIS and find out. the mine is for rare Crystals that are used by the Jedi. once all is said and done, we leave and go back to base. THE END

+1 As a reformed minge myself I respect the fact you are turning your act around. The things you are doing show alot of maturity leaving clans and apologizing for your actions. Everyone has minged at one point in time. I believe everyone deserves a second chance. the windshield is bigger then the rear veiw for a reason let the past go and focus on the future it's made you who you are!

+1 Had good interactions with him in-game and it appears the community agrees he should be staff regardless of him failing the first training. Also agree with @ShankNinjaand @ajbedhead that the structure for staff training nowadays seems bloated and unnecessarily long.

In all honesty, the majority of this post seems redundant. What would be useful is to add ABC categorization or Level based categorization to the F4 menu, in my opinion.

Description: Remove the "I'm going to rape you!" voiceline from the angry hobo swep. Reasoning: This voiceline does not aline with the direction of the changes the server has been making such as removing slurs from NPC dialogue. Everytime I hear it screamed it makes me wince and ask myself why its even in the server. - Rape Joke??? Addition Information: Content like this seems like it panders to the same younger and less mature players that enjoy saying slurs and getting themselves banned.
