This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons: I have talked to the player in game, and this situation was delt with in a sit already and there is no reason for me to override the staff members decision to give the player in question a verbal warning. (include any proof): in the beginning, i've became rogue against this server bc there was one staff that warned me for rdming my alt in the streets without a report occurred. that's the reason why i've done this for about 2 years recording of myself attempt to rdm many people as i can in the server. it's really ridiculous just for doing this after a warn. not this ban is on this account, it includes my alts as well (all of them), which i used to cheat on the server. i have not done this for more than a year now. i want to give myself a chance not to do it again, shouldn't have done it in first place bc it was totally absurd.

I was banned for two weeks but decided to make another account, and was caught so it turned into a permanent ban. I believe that I learned from my lesson after 3 long years of growth and taking a break from the game. Being that I used to be a moderator and a lot of the people back then loved me, it would be nice to experience the server again. Though a lot of the OG players have moved on I would still like to build a tiny reputation, meet new people, and NEVER mass RDM again. ACCEPTED Thank you for your appeal. After a careful review by our Operator Division, we have decided to remove/lift your ban. The decision to remove your ban and accept your appeal is due, but not limited to, the following: I would first like to state that @DiegoZavier was the one who banned you for ban evasion not @Proggy. I need to make it very clear that this is an uncommon thing we do here, so me unbanning you should instill in your head and educate you that turning a 2-week ban into a permanent ban and being banned for 3 years to the date is enough to make you reconsider your actions in the future! This will not set a precedent for future members who are looking to get unbanned from being permanently banned from the server as this is not a place for apologies! You are unbanned as we speak. If you were upset originally from a false warn you should have taken the correct steps to have it delt with, instead you decided to get your self permanently banned.
