Lying being on the basis of things such as my gender, who I am, ect. How long were you banned for?: Roughly 1 1/2 - 2 years, again no exact time Proof of Ban: I don't really know how to prove it but like I was community ban. What happened? (include any proof): I don't exactly have proof but a lot of it happened over discord text and I don't want to dox anyone specifically. I was not banned over something in game, it was simply a community ban, and the incident happened over discord. Why should your ban be removed?: I think in the time since my ban I had changed and matured. I have gone through things like therapy and have been able to get back in contact with some friends from this community. I am now able to get to know people as my true self and some members of the community want me to return. As well as to be my self among the community. I'm kind of bad at words so I apologize if this is very lack luster.

I would appreciate if you would tone down the attitude buddy. Everyone else here is being constructive and friendly while at that. You've marvelously wasted time refuting each of my claims when everyone else has already elaborated clearly enough that it is not a good suggestion. There was no need for the use of "seethe and mald." In a -1 reply to a suggestion. Thank you everyone else for your informative input.

Neutral I haven't had an issue with you in-game, but you're on the young side, you only have 1 paragraph, and I don't know how much maturing can be done in a matter of weeks regarding using slurs. Only reason this isn't a -1 is other staff members vouch that you were good on the team.

+1 I’ve been basing with this guy, have met him randomly and whatever time whatever place this man seems to always be in such a good mood. Furthermore his application is pretty good, he read the rules. Has one outstanding warn but everyone gets silly from time to time, no-ones perfect

Denied Lotteries are not frequent enough to block your mission progress, and as ChrisRid said, gambling addictions here are not problematic, you're not risking anything of significant value..The only thing that can come of compulsively joining the lottery is an occasional win or the loss of some in-game currency. Additionally, pressing the "no" button on the lottery popup is not inconvenient, it encourages interaction with the game and should not be disabled for that reason, we do not need to further automate the server and take away opportunities for players to engage with the game. Thank you, but this is not an addition we are interested in pursuing.

+1 Have seen you a couple times in-game and you've never been an issue. You meet all requirements, solid paragraphs. A bit uneasy about the ban history and active warn, but you were open about it. You're at least worth a shot imo.

Your app is solid and even though I haven't interacted with you too much, you were rather helpful in the report I had from you last night. That is to say I have no issues with you, nor have I heard you being a troublemaker. Admittedly you do have a previous ban history (and an active warn) so I do hope that this is a thing that's in the past and you are going to keep up to your best. You might get that response a lot but When it comes to things I enjoy like games and in this example Garnet gaming I focus a lot. I was also inspired by Merk, Jonnyflame, Giygas and Orion. I've had Great Experiences with these Staff members in specific. The first rdm was because I Forgot to advert raid and I was banned for rdm. Not much to explain there Just forgot to advert raid and Took a day ban. The second time was also rdm. There was a build of hobos and I asked a guy to be a sacrifice to the baby god's for a joke and I paid him to let me kill him and after I did end of killing him. yea but we don't know what the active warn is for exactly. it could be for rdm, it could be for failrp. this guy gets harassed by minges who are homophobes on a daily basis so i wouldn't be surprised if the lack of staff taking sits compelled him to take matters into his own hands. quite simply i don't blame him if that were the case. maybe if we got more info on the active warning a better judgement could be made.

Description: I am active on the forums and I've noticed that 50% of what I post is removed by moderators. Stop doing that.Reasoning: It would benefit the server by letting everyone hear what I have to say.Additional Information: MLK's assassin James Earl Ray was exonerated by a civil court after his death in any wrongdoing to do with MLK's assassination, after decades long work by the King family to clear his name. The FBI was named as the culprit in the civil trial.

Description: Police don't have to notify anyone in any way shape or form that they have warranted someone's base and do any sort of advert when executing a police raid. I believe that a police raid is no different then a normal base raid, other then the fact that police cannot keep printers, and MUST destroy them upon encountering one. Police raids can be falsified, and have ruined good farming runs on several occassions. I also believe police should only be allowed to use the battering ram on keypad linked doors, and not quickdoors.Reasoning: I believe requiring an advert of sorts would help make people more actively aware to such scenarios. I also believe that it would make it fair, as any other criminal/job that can raid has to advert meanwhile police don't have to. Not every warrant is a "no knock" warrant IRL, and it should be no different in DarkRP.Additional Information: None.
