I need this scroll bar guys...

Description: Add a scroll bar to menus such as: Prop buddy select, Perk machine, Tab menu, etc etc Reasoning: because myself and maybe many others do not have a scroll wheel and it makes certain features of the server inaccessible or partially inaccessible. I know that I should probably just go "buy another mouse" or "get better" but I don't necessarily feel I have to. The scroll bar seems like a minor thing but it would increase quality of life for no scroll wheel having people like me.

I can't find my screenshots of this particular incident at all for some reason and honestly can't even remember this specific case or event. I remember the report, just none of the specifics.
