-1 Just like as the others have said it seems rushed, we don't expect a perfect app, but on the other hand we want to see that you care about being on the team, and after reading which some others didn't even do, personally it feels like you didn't put very much effort into this

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I feel like I would make a great fit to the staff team for the reason being is that I am almost always active on the server when I am off of work. Recently when I have been playing on the server I have seen a lot more rule breakers than staff can handle at one time, the staff reports get backed up quite often and I would like to be able to help lighten the load for the other staff and keep the server great. Servers have rules for a specific reason, to let all players have fun without ruining someone else's. I have put a lot time into Garnet Gaming and feel I understand the rules a lot better than others. Accepting me onto the staff team will add another consistent member that is readily and capable of taking sits and solving the problems that players have that they cannot resolve themselves. With becoming a staff member I understand that I am working not just for the server but also for the players of Garnet Gaming to keep the server from becoming a mess. I have a lot of previous experience dealing with upset people, mainly in the real world. The reason why I should be staff over other applicants is the times I am active I play during busy hours of the server on the weekdays such as 5-11pm Cst and on the weekends I am active from most mornings starting at 7:30 AM Cst and play almost all day until I am tired which is normally around 1AM CST. My hours maybe a little different on the weekends if I have any plans or have class on Saturdays which is only 1-2 times a month, but I am always on after or before my plans or my class. As much as I like to play Garnet Gaming, I feel like being able to help other players when they report a problem will make my experience even better on the server because I like to help others in almost anyway I can. I try to help new players get their start on the server and give them a good experience so they would consider coming back to the server. I will give nothing but my honesty and respect to the server and players when being staff to make sure everything is being resolved respectfully and fair.
