  1. +1 From seeing you as CSM in Army I have no doubt you'd be a good and professional member of the staff team. Great application as well, and you are present on Teamspeak quite often too.

    GRU Model Change

    +1 Many in the community have long suggested a change to GRU models, however typically the suggestions have just been "fix models". I'm +1 on this because this is a genuine suggestion for a change, not just asking for 'fix'. I don't know if this will be accepted or not, but I believe this would be easier to change the playermodel rather than try and fix the height of the existing model. It's worth noting however, the playermodel would still need to be checked by staff so that its hitbox isnt a major issue, or any other issues that arent immediately visible from the workshop page.
  3. I feel like I should point out this is a more lenient system than what MilitaryRP was already using. The de facto system on Mil before was a verbal warning on the first time, then a perm ban if continued, with exceptions either way.
  4. Description: Currently the Payroll option in "!credits" has a 10-hour cooldown. Whilst this is understandable in servers like CityRP and DarkRP where in-game money actually means something, in MilitaryRP the in-game cash is used for Ammo, Prestige (infrequently) and buying stuff for bunks. Removing/Reducing the cooldown on this won't adversely affect the server as there's only a limited selection in what to do with the cash as it is. Reasoning: This would be useful because it would help factions flesh out their bunks, using any spare credits they have to add $$$ to buy props. The cooldown, I believe, is used to limit the economy somewhat, however MilitaryRP has no real economy like DarkRP so there appears to be no negative results of a change, so why not allow people to gain the extra cash to add to their bunks or duel more often.   5. -1 The reason for my -1 is that you're pretty unknown in the MilitaryRP community right now. By this I mean you are not really a presence on Teamspeak, and upon asking other people it seems you've gone under the radar so far. Whilst you have met the requirement for number of hours played on the server, I still think you should spend more time on the server to better integrate in our community before applying to staff. I hope you continue to be a part of the server and get involved more on Teamspeak, and when that happens I'd be fine with changing to a +1, but for now I think it's too early for you.
  6. -1 It's good to see that you plan to change and move away from the toxic traits you have shown already, however I think I speak for many members of the staff team when I say you really shouldn't apply until there's been a notable change in your behaviour in game, not just the promise of it on an application.
  7. +1 Obviously have my referral, but from what I've seen on you in the server and the Teamspeak you'd be an exceptional member in the staff team, so I hope you get accepted ASAP.

Accepted The staff member provided no evidence of the kill, and it appears none was proving whether the Ranger was in base, and from the description from the staff member, this situation does not appear to deserve a warn for RDM. @Ozzy or @Jake please lock and move this report, and remove his warn in-game.

  11. +1 Cheating once and regretting it ever since, and basically excluded from the community permanently from 1 bad decision, is too harsh imo. Its clear from everyones comments that you were a positive member of the community, and weren't a troublemaker, who just made that dumb decision. For that reason I think you should be unbanned. It doesn't make sense for you to remain evicted from a community for life for doing less than others who have been allowed back into the community. Worth mentioning a cheating ban is a community ban, so he can't play the other servers or join the Teamspeak without being instantly banned or having 'ban evasion' added to his ban reason

Description: For many people who have a number of donator weapons they can end up scrolling through 10 weapons or so before they actually swap to the weapon they desire which can also be a problem when fighting in war. I'm suggesting a way of toggling on/off donator weapons that people have bought, possibly on the !donate list of bought weapons, so that when they respawn they will only have the weapons/sweps they have enabled appear in their weapon lists. Reasoning: This can help declutter for people who have bought a number of things throughout the years of GarnetGaming, which can be a problem when switching weapons in fights for example.   15. -1 Your recent behaviours are not encouraging signs for someone trying to become staff (of any kind) and better the server. I feel you need to take time to demonstrate progression from the person who caused those issues, before applying to be staff

    ASSMAN Ban Appeal

    -1 That makes it even less likely you hit those double headshots on 2 targets, flicking almost instantly if you claim you're constantly on high ping. Also yeh, you spend all of your appeal criticising Valor and the clips he provided aren't even from the war you're talking about. Interested to see your explanations to those clips if you really aren't cheating though
  17. Second kill is possible, with the little lift, maybe. That first kill though? He's facing South whilst at the end of the hallway and magically flicks into a headshot at a 90 degree turn down the long hallway? So I think people need to look at the first kill rather than the one after the revive.

I can be found on the server daily, and for a significant period of time. Even if I’m not logged in to the server itself, I can usually be accessed in Teamspeak as well so if a staff would ever be needed quickly, I would be able to respond to those situations as well. With this in mind, I feel like I have a good grasp on the rules of the server, and what is expected of people on the server even if something isn’t specifically a rule as shown by my lack of warns or punishments. I also do like to help the newer players to the server take part in the community, and as this server has become something enjoyable for me I would like to be able to help others get the same enjoyment from the server as I do. As an officer, staff would also mean I would be able to host things much easier for 11B so it would help them enjoy those parts to the server more. With newer players as well, I consider myself a patient and reasonable person when dealing with them when they may not know if something is a rule or not, and prioritise them understanding what they had done wrong so they know not to repeat such an action.
